I’m a huge completionist so when I watch a series, I tend to finish it. I tried to drop stuff that I didn’t like but it would always come back to me. At least with shows I give a 5, I can see some qualities that make me still want to watch, but are still being held back by the overall quality. Besides that, a 6 is still technically good to me so I can still watch a show I gave a 6 because I was at least entertained by it.

I mean they kind of are unreliable. There’s no way a highly rated anime will stay the way it after it’s finished. They’re very likely to decrease over time once the dust has settled. (Also someone’s been using too much of rotten tomatoes to use it as a comparison lol)

People who are saying 1 star rating givers aren't FMAB fans, it just doesn't make sense. All the downvoting & stuff mostly start when it's No.1 spot is taken by some other show. And it ends up on top again. I'm not saying that all the 10k 1 stars are from FMAB fans. But I'm sure that mostly it came from them. Just compare Kaguya sama last two season's rating, everything's well. And then look at the S3. What happened? Did all of a sudden it's fans didn't like the show? And rated it one? Which was like the best season of the series? Just no fkin way.

The ratings doesn't bother me. Cuz MAL ratings are shit Ik. But they aren't completely shit. It's not like they don't mean anything at all. Well, what bothers me is the stupidity of people. Rating it 1 just cuz your fav show ended up in 2nd spot. It's just stupid & immature.

Its not that difficult even on the app you just click on the heart at the top and then for characters/people it takes you too the site and you hit add to favorites. Its real easy
