| anyone else think the war game was gonna be at least half the season lol? Also that the fight between bell and their commander was gonna be a full episode? Can't complain though it was a lot of action, I kind of hope they take in those 2 girls from apollos family since they didnt seem bad they just lost to apollo |

| That went by in a flash, I honestly expected a war game to be "bigger" than what I just seen. Felt a bit rushed was still nice to see the Hestia familia kick Apollo's ass.. Ryu with those magic swords was pretty impressive. They all have incredible skill! |

| I am not reading the novels but getting this whole war done in one episode seems fishy of serious material butchering to me. Not that mind because it was flowing alright. Also...did they just basically cheat and get away with it? lmaoo |
| I was not expecting the war games to be done in one episode, but at the same time I knew Team Hestia was not going to take on the the Apollo familia head on without a plan. Having Lilly disguise herself as the enemy was a nice touch and seeing Ryuu using magic swords was badass. Apollo was talking all that trash before the war games, he deserved to loose everything including his familia. I wonder if some of the former members of the Apollo familia will join Hestia's familia. |

| with all the setup it was hard to think they'd lose but i can't help but feel like it was rushed and almost everything felt like it wasn't explained was just thinking to myself welp i guess this person had some trump card off screen ready that i wasn't aware of like bell using some kind of light to upgrade his firebolt. well it served as a plot device for them to get a new home and frankly im kinda glad it's over . |

| So they split up and basically wipe out everyone in the castle. Imagine how much more effective they'd have been if they were supporting each other by staying together? DanMachi continues to be one of the most poorly written shows ever. |

Wait really that's what happened? Thanks. That's so stupid though that Mikoto joined. That's not the only problem I have with her either. Her gravity magic was strong enough to hold everybody down for a while fine but no way she didn't exhaust a load of mana doing that yet he was still able to fight all those guys after letting them get up. Bell shouldn't have been able to beat that guy after barely training that's the biggest horseshit i've seen in a long time. Otherwise it was pretty neat I guess but animation seemed better in S1. |

| Taking last episode to set up this week worked quite well. It allowed this week to be pretty much all action. It was so damn good to see Ryu in action! YEAH! And was that amulet from Freya? Hmm. |

| It was pretty decent but I guess I was expecting some more from the war game and not just it getting resolved within an episode. Fight sequences could've been much better and Bell's fight didn't really have much going on. I guess the best part of the episode was smug Hestia at the end. xD |

| That was a fast battle, I'm really disappointed because I expected the war to last at least 2 episodes to create a bit of intensity. But maybe there is more greater to to come, or at least I hope. Wasn't impressed by the familia crest design by Hestia, but I liked the meaning behind it! |

| I was really impressed to see how much the group has improved, and I loved seeing them come to together to overcome such a big obstacle. For just the 5 of them to take all of them out, and end the War Game in one episode? Very cool. I like the pacing so far, not dragging it along, or not going to fast through it either. |

| 1 episode is all it takes to make or break the long awaited season. Honestly, as much as everyone expected the War Game to last 2 episodes, the fact that it ended in 1 epísode was kinda abrupt. Love it or hate it, take your pick. LN readers take your choice to reveal missing infodump (which I can speculate that it's gonna be a lot). Honestly, the MVP is Lili, what a perfect betrayal, shows how much she is accustomed to Bell and Co. And the Apollo Familia's Cassandra is honestly a great character, attached to her is the prophecy historical mythology, which would make or break the War Game. IMO, I'm alright with the progression, but if the future episodes/arcs are jeopardized, then the pacing is the problem. Squirtroll said: All that build-up just to end it this fast, disappointing. | Did I miss something or did they really say the war game was supposed to be 3 days long? Kinda felt like an hour at most. Also it's a bit weird that Hestia now has everything Apollo had but I guess that's what he gets for being a dumbass? |

| So, the shape shifters shifting shape so she can sabotage Apollo's familia, now I'm wondering what drawbacks there are to shapeshifting since she transformed into luan... or is it more a case of the weakest link. I was wondering how they'd stretch this episode out, I, personally, can't have seen this go on for 2-3 episodes so, in okay with it -although, it was a let down for all the attention in garnered in Orario... it felt like it'd be a day of festivities. But it wasn't. It seems as though Apollo is heading to brecon be the big bad villain. P.S. Futsunomita is a beautiful move |
