Ah, I already feel bad for Asagi, because I'm sure the pres will confess to Hitomi :/ Well, hopefully they'll still end up together, seeing how Hitomi doesn't really care about him at all.

I'm not surprised Kohaku's magic didn't last long since it previously took like 60 years worth of moonlight or whatever. But what if that one will also fail after a while, and the moonlight only made it last longer...? This would be my guess to how Hitomi will return to the future.

Pretty obvious where this is going, but still interesting to see! Looking forwards to see what's next.

Several flags this episode. I don't want to go back ...so she will be forced to return, no matter what she wants. Also, I'm pretty sure that children book mentioned was drawn by Yuito, including the guiding fish. But the real question here is who is her grandad. Kohaku and Yuito probably ends together one way or another.

It's pretty much given that Kohaku's magic is only temporary, even in future. I would like to see her jumping back through several periods, seeing each one getting older and older but I guess that won't happen. Let's just hope everyone is still alive when she returns, the meeting in the future would be nice. Minus her granpa who already died and that's the trauma origin.

Oh.. Theory that Hitomi might have put spell on herself, and that's why she doesn't see colors actually can make sense..
Yeah, it'd be quite a thing, if Hitomi would return to her time, but then something would not go right, like with that flower.. Creepy.. Though, it also can maybe work like "reverted" or something.. Like, maybe Hitomi could return to her time for a period, and then get sent back in past?.. Just some thoughts..

Was I the only one getting Fate Zero flashbacks while Kohaku was playing with Time Magic?

Anyways, yet another good episode, I like how the anime doesn't underestimate its audience and communicates important things with subtle cues.

Why did they skip the scene where she tells them about the colors and skip to the following day(s)...

Just realized that this is it's own thing, not an adaption from a manga or light novel or other source material. My appreciation for this just went up a little, because now I know this is it's own contained story captured in 13 episodes. Looking forward to a bittersweet ending I'm hearing of.

Also just a little thing I was thinking about, it's cool to see the stark contrasts of people's opinions on an anime on this site, vs. youtube or other places like that. Wanted to search up the OP for this series so I went on to youtube, and scrolled down to the comments section and sure enough just like with other op or amv or anime-related music video and just about all the comments are in consensus that that anime is a bittersweet, heartfelt work of art. That probably tends to be the case because the people searching up these videos are the ones who already love that particular anime. Probably won't find someone who disliked the anime searching up the OP or what not. And then we come here to myanimelist, where there are the jaded anime watchers who have developed and acquired their own personal tastes and judge anime like fine wine, and the criticism levels are much higher. Idk, just seems like lots of these guys are no longer watching anime for fun, but rather to come up with their own critical points for it, whether good or bad or in between. Nothing wrong with that obviously, I'm just amazed at the contrast in views of watching an anime. Sure anime will have its many flaws especially after watching hundreds you can see what those flaws are, but ultimately it is nice to sit back and watch it for what it is.

Just speaking my mind for a bit here because sometimes it strikes me to see harsh criticisms on anime such as this. Yes people have their tastes, and no I don't fanboy about any particular anime, but sometimes you just have to bring out the FACTS and say that this anime is beautiful, with a story that at the very least touches your heart in the slightest way. To say this anime is not so would be like to say the sky isn't blue, because it is, and this anime is beautiful

forgive me it's 3am and idk what i'm saying at this point just thought i'd chill in the forums after watching some of this so far good anime

One of the best so far. So many things happened and now we've got hints of several things that might be the answer for all the problems of Hitomi.

Some of the close-up shots were distorted, which was kinda messing with my head… And speaking of the slow-paced plot, it wasn't amazing, but it wasn't mind-numbingly boring either. Just kinda frustrating…

So, Kohaku's powers ain't cutting it for time magic. It's like a reality check – fate can't be changed, and there's no true time-travel magic. Any changes made will just go back to how things were. So, I'm guessing once time runs out, our main girl will automatically go back to her own time. No crazy paradox of destiny happening here.

It's like this whole experience for her is just a dream that'll eventually end. More, the show seems to be avoiding addressing the obvious: who her grandpa is and what went down with her parents. She lost her ability to see colors when she was little. That hints at some deep emotional baggage that's got her all closed off.

Man I love Kohaku. She's so fun and so helpful and kind. She's trying so hard to help Hitomi. I also really like Kurumi. She's such a ball of sunshine. I actually don't really like Hitomi that much and Yuito. I wish Hitomi and Yamabuki would get together . I quite like Yamabuki as well. Way better choice than Yuito imo
