| i did started yagate kimi ni naru now it's a pretty good show (minus the first episode which is damn awful) but it shouldn't be compared to citrus , both are good in their own right and both are different and if anything, citrus is more realistic/representative of the current teenager mentality |

Bloom into You plot is better, but I enjoyed the more rounded and noisy yurism in Citrus, it is also relies more on visuals and get art, so IMO still delivers alot more yuri moments I like than Bloom into You that has much slower pace. If you dont like how showy and visualized yuri is on Citrus I could see you liking something more "conservative" and controlled that still has alot deep to it, like Bloom. IMO the art and cast on citrus are most to the kind of "vanilla" stuff I like would to see on citrus. |

| I like to post in manga forum when I feel it is worth it, so people will think. "Shit, is her again" or something. People asked me where I read certain thing but the rules say no telling where did you read so maybe I am too boring for not saying? Or salty because you didn't check my profile that says don't ask because I hate people to ghost me after that. I love learning languages so maybe I did not read the manga in English. |
| I gave a 3/10 to citrus and I'll probably give a 8,9 or 10/10 to Yagate kimi ni naru (I hope the ending will be ok, same for the manga). Citrus was less mature or down to earth as far as the writing goes. They might have tried also to be a comedy but it didn't work at all with me. It really became a pain to watch and to finish. Both yuri shows but the targeted audience isn't the same in my opinion. Since I myself am not particularly into yuri, I would recommend Yagate kim ni naru to anyone who likes good romance in general and wants to try this genre. |

Yagate Kimi ni Naru has good story ?! LOL what makes it good ?! Because it has serious relationship and less fanservices makes it better ?! Citrus was more fun to watch. Has much better looking girls (with shorter skirts). Far better kiss and more perverted girls. The story is more fun to watch. | Citrus felt like it should end much faster, but they kept introducing new characters as another c.ck block, and there was also problem with misunderstandings. What i like in Yagate, is that there is no pointless drama, if character have problem, they talk it out almost immediately, without unnecessary padding. Yagate Kimi wins by long shot, and i would also love if they made Girl Friend into anime as well, i loved Akko and Mariko story :) |

I finished both animes now and i have to say that citrus as a stand alone is better due to yagate's last few episodes but until the very end i actually thought that i would like yagate more but it just didn't live up. Perhaps a season 2 would fix that Citrus gets way too much undeserved hate. Both of the animes are great and both of the animes have roots in reality. People aren't as simple as 2d characters are because even for a full season of anime it's still less than 4 hours of " screen time" (for the whole story) while a single day in real life is 24 hours so it's natural that 2d characters won't have as much depth as real people and that's not even considering that people are different citrus was good under its own circumstances and so is yagate do want sequels of both |

| bloom into you has a pretty mundane story but the ost are awesome! they can cure your insomnia in a jiffy , story wise citrus is slightly better but the ost are beyond garbage |

| Citrus and bloom into you are both good but bloom into you is better. Bloom into you has more of a beautiful touch to it and a cute relationship while citrus is just about salvation of the relationship but citrus manga ending was good. |
