I hope we can find out who Toshi married and divorced in this adaption. Only read the translated chapters so I think it's good I don't know much of what will happen, it's exciting. Major is a series full of drama and I hope retains that too. Oh, please remove the fanservice moments with Goro's daughter if they can help it.

Yeah I agree those fanservice moments of Goro's daughter has gotta go in the anime, it felt so unnecessary in the manga.

I am pretty satisfied with how the first one ended, I'm not sure how I feel about a sequel. Also, Satou has a kid? I could had swore that dude is gay or asexual. Well, he probably is still gay considering how quickly he divorced from his wife. Come out of the closet already man, before you ruin any more lives.

Also, that girl on the right reminds me way too much of Kaoru, they just gonna be using the same formula? She'll also likely be the main girl so Oedipus Complex much?

I started watching Majors almost two weeks ago just to get the basics and see what was this about and couldn't stop, I finished the whole thing and I'm really looking forward for this new series.

No tomo malas decisiones, solo me gusta apoyar causas perdidas.

So far I read the english chapters, its actually great and so my expectation is bit high for this show. Not to mention I am excited that we will get more screen time with my fav anime deuteragonist this time. 2-cour will be fantastic.

Major has been my fav baseball.. screw that, my favorite sport anime of all time.

I'm just happy it's back and though it's gonna be different since Goro ain't the main character anymore, I'm still very much looking forward to this anime!!

I hope they skip it in the anime.

Yes considering she's underage and they're siblings. The original Major didn't have any fanservice like that until S6 (?) so it's a disappointment that Major 2nd had it in the manga.

Yep. The Anime is a lot better than the manga so far (I'm caught up with the manga)

Anywho, Major GREATNESS is back.

There are about 113 chapters out right now and 27 chapters translated in english. I have no idea what happends after those 27 chapters so I can't wait to see the anime.

Hoping for something like major that had 2 cour seasons every few years, which helped the animation in the later seasons for sure.

Hope it will get treated well by a good studio. Hopefully Production I.G. seeing how they are the kings of sport anime basically.

Really depends tbh because seeing how they doing the anime every episode expect ep 1 adapted 3 - 4 chapters an episode so may get too close to the manga after this season. How the manga is done the author doesn't really pack so much into 1 chapter unlike something like a typical jump manga like hero academia. For sports manga the 2 chapter per episode doesn't really apply more 3-4 chapters. Like Major was throughout. When the previous studio did major that started season 1 in 2004 however manga started in 1994 being 10 years ahead so the producers won't have to worry about content. However if they is an anime every 2 years that makes sense or they end up like a haikyuu where the anime is so close with the manga that they can't do anything.
