| great final for this competition, because the favorite couple won, but the most interesting, Moka and Tatara ends the last, Seventh, but Moka won the Queen Prize and they won the personal duel!!!! |
| That was fantastic episode. The sakuga dance was overwhelming and surely raised the bar high. You don't know how many times I rewind some of the glorious moments XD Nice OST too. I'm glad I got to see the actual dance sequence for once. The footwork scene of Tatara and Mako was a nice touch. Makes you realize how much they worked on their performance. Tatara's face when he finds new a person to pass his passion on XD Holy moly, last place? wtf. Even I thought it felt unfair lol. But oh well. Mako won the sole queen prize and won the bet :DD Btw, he was giving university entrance exams, right? I forgot his age :/ Seems the red haired grill is Chinatsu :OO Will be looking forward to her. Hope she turns out to be someone I don't end up hating. Tatara and Mako's last dance together was great. They'll always be one of a kind~ |

| That competition took wayyyyy to long. It's obvious they weren't going to win so to make it take this long to see the inevitable is just silly. I don't know where the show's going to go from here but I hope whatever it does next doesn't feel like such a drag. |

Damn, I thought for sure the cast were around 16-17 yo. Mako certainly doesn't looks someone with the age of 14. |

| One more episode and still no dance and no proper music. Don't get me wrong, the anime still ok but it is just waste of potential .... I mean, imagine if during the quick-step they use the proper music and if they were dancing ..it doesn't need to be during the whole song... but for at least 30 seconds (then they could add shots and people thinking about stuff)... I don't think we had 5 seconds of animated dance without interruptions so far in the entire anime |

| Great episode , honestly as crazy as it sound since this is IG but the only thing holding this show back is the animation while yes it looks very good at times the amount of stills filled in is staggering and anytime we do get some dance movement it's a brief clip cut off after a few seconds. i know times are tough and this being a 2 cour they gotta keep that budget going i've just come to expect more from I.G in the one department i know they can do "just give me one decently lengthen dance" |

| I love how they didn't make them second place or anything, because realistically speaking, Tatara is a beginner. There was no way the could place that high, but Mako winning made a lot of sense. I loved this episode as well, beautiful as always and I feel as if there were more animated dance scenes in this one. |

| This might be the end of the first season and now the second season is beginning, I'm just guessing because they started the episode with the OP and no recap. The other dancers be bashing on Fujita and Mako-chan but they lowkey jelly. Hyodo's dancing exit, he wants to dance so bad. Too bad he put Shizuku on blast. Awww, poor Fujita. Don't cry behbeh. TT_TT One day you'll be really good at dancing, you'll improve your skills and you'll slay on the dance floor. Gaju's more experienced and skilled, he's a natural dancer so it's also natural that he would win. Oh hell yeah, Mako-chan won! :D Yes, Shizuku's all sexy and I ship her so hard with Hyodo but there are moments when I just want to see her lose. Mako-chan over Shizuku in this case. Gaju's siscon-ness came out again. Yes, cry Shizuku, your tears are delicious. Anyway, it's good that Fujita passed, he and his dad looked really happy. And ya'll know who that reddish/orange-haired girl is. She is essential to this story. |

| Man I'm so happy to see this arc get adapted, it's one of my personal favorite arcs in a manga I've ever read, and seeing it played out in the anime was just amazing. Even though Tatara and Mako couldn't win as a couple, Mako still shined as a partner. Beautiful indeed, this anime is amazing. |

| I was kind of surprised they got in last place as a couple since previous episodes seemed overly positive on their dancing, but it makes sense now that Mako got the individual reward. |

| Eheheh! I could not resist it, I also looked at these last episodes that have come out. What to say, amazing this episode. Only the end is worth the effort to look at the whole episode, but also the rest of the narrative. Happy that Mako wins, but sad for the separation from Tatara. |

| Mako winning will be good development for Gaju and Shizuku. I'm a bit sad to see the Mako-Tatara pair go, but Gaju and Mako should be fun competition in the future. We saw Chinatsu for a bit at the end there. I don't have much of an idea what she'll be like, but I'm looking forward to finding out :) |
| I'M SO HAPPIE WITH THE WAY THINGS TURNED OUT ;_________; aaahhhhh~ Good for you, Mako-chan TT^TT poor Shizuku, but y'know what? You already shine so bright that it would be harder for you to show the most improvement, soooo. Mako-chan deserves to be Ballroom Queen ^-^ Like. Ideally, I would've wanted Fujita + Mako pair to at least end up with 2nd or 3rd place, but this was more realistic-- them placing 7th, so it's aightttttt :} Sucks for Shizuku... she doesn't have to tell herself that she was god awful, but perfectionists slash prideful people are like that. As Sengoku said, dancers are creatures who love the limelight. Everyone wants to be #1. So it's not surprising that hit her hard even though she placed first overall together with Gaju. People just want it all, esp at competitions ;/ Also, I agree with the complaints. Not much actual dancing animated. Yuri on Ice knew how to captivate us with the skating performances . Ballroom lacks that. |
| This was a good finale. I mean it makes sense that mako won that price but that they didnt end up at first place i mean thats unrealistic with a beginning dancer.. Its like if my dancing partner now would enter a competition with me, im a beginner he danced gold star and couldve entered compos.. i doubt we would win. So im satisfied And shizuku is a typical human i guess they want more and more and want it all and prob even when they got it all they still arent satisfied.. i truly dislike her character... ^^" i rather see mako as the queen so im glad :D And yup like everyone else, still dissapointed about the animation.. guess i moght as well buy the manga, prob contains more dancing scenes |
