I KNEW IT !! I freaking knew it since the first episode that she was his childhood friend .. I remember when he said that awesome phrase "shut up and show me your armpits" (still funny xD), I immediately said to myself "Nope, you should ask to see the boobs because realistically the moles would've moved when the breast grows" (of course if asking to see the armpits was hilarious, I can only imagine asking to see the boobs would've changed this show into an ecchi :D )
anyway, I am happy with myself for figuring it out !

now about this episode, it was BLOODY !
this show is supposed to be dark and it is doing its best to live up to this expectation and so far I really like it.
well Kuroneko is dead now, IMO it would've been a much better cliffhanger episode ending if they didn't make so obvious that he will be using Saori's second power whatever that is (after convincing or forcing her) to revive Kuroneko back. still a decent episode though.
and again I stress on the freaking awesome and glorious OP .. I just LOVE IT !

Is that what you call bad luck? Also some errors in the scenes, especially with Kana's keyboard. It was predictable that she was Kuroneko. But it's pretty interesting. I finally recognize here the work of Elfen Lied's author.
Anyway, they'll survive somehow. So, well.

Of course she's not, it would be too nice. ):

OP as soundtrack was excellent. Please more blood and violence.

So ending with a cliffhanger and already suggesting things might change next episode.
This could be interesting.
So for this anime has not disappointed yet and the story is getting better so i hope this anime will keep that up, the way it's going.

Tho i have to say that the medical facility was very poorly guarded, seeing as they only had one girl guard it.
Normally you would at least expect a few guards around a facility that makes medication especially if you consider the price of some medication.
And this didn't seem to be a small company judging by it's name, which is after a German city so it's safe to assume it's an international company.

yeah, i read ahead in the manga and there's enough plot holes, inconsistencies/unrealistic things that happen in the series like girls who're apparently in hiding from a super secret evil org become highschool harem members.

but I guess that's what the suspension of disbelief is for, besides how seriously are we gonna take a show about girls turning into toothpaste along with a gothic loli steven hawking tsundere. but I still like it way more than elfien lied...

Death suppressants.

Kuroha has memory loss and is in fact Kuroneko(as if this wasn't already known).

Saori killed Kuroha.

Damn, that shit was stressing. A lot of devellopment in that episode.

''It's a cold'', you could have found a better excuse xD

Being a magician look fucking awful. That doctor look awful too.

Just when he learn that Kuroneko wasn't dead, she explose in front of him, that some bad luck :P
Though, Ryouta definitely seem to have an idea.

well this was awesome but,
i think the third button releases the neck thingy out of the nerval system and sets the experimentee free. they could find out by trying to press it and if it kills her the future seeing one would see it if it were to kill her. or i could be wrong and thet need the plugs to survive because it keeps them from melting by blocking overuse of their powers.

[annoyed]There are ways around that even with only text input.

Best girl Kazumi is here. The gore is pretty toned down but oh well. They're taking the right amount of time with the important stuff so the quick pace isn't a bad thing yet. Time for Murakami to be a badass so people will stop calling him a whiny baby.

Come on HS, "hahnest"? That sounds so stupid, just translate it harnest like any normal person would.

Translating is tricky because they don't know the official english spelling of it (there doesn't seem to be one).

Take for example "Geass" in Code Geass. Without the english title, would you translate it as the english word GEARS? Or translate it as a name "Geass" that isn't a word but a name.

So they just happen to acquire a text to speech device that can express emotion, which they somehow know how to use, yet they have to go hunting for food. Uh huh

Though I suppose the facility could've given the device to her and taught her how to use it, but that still doesn't make sense since they were going to dispose of both of them.

So much blood.
They lose the pills in the fire, but Ryouta knows which lab to get the pills from.
Forecast suggests that Kuroha neko is going to die.
Kazumi is sorta introduced this episode.
forecast changes to both of dying.. :O
And kuroha dies at the end of the episode. :(
Murakami is rather composed though, I wonder why :p
Looking forward to the next! :D

How many more more direct links to Elfen Lied do we get. We even saw them getting sliced apart with invisible blades/hands/magic? I'm just hoping this guy can actually fight like it shows him trying.

Hmmm, enjoying this one quite a lot but I'm not really fond of "killing off" main characters so early, because you know for sure they aren't really dead or that they'll get revived somehow which takes a away a lot of the impact from the supposed death. It's not that I want them to be killed but more like I'd rather not have it done in the first place. Otherwise, good episode as usual.

Also,Kuroha's moles changed spots because her boobs grew, hah. I laughed :P

Possibly a very blatant one coming up --

The pacing so far is a bit fast, but tracking the manga fairly closely up until now. Three episodes have covered exactly 8 chapters. At this pace, the anime will only reach 35-40 chapters, so some major things will have to be skipped if they really plan to include Mako (who appears in the OP). I'm curious what they are going to change.

I was thinking her new personality was the harness thing and it was just attached to kuroneko's dead body.

I still kind of think that.

Like shes not who she thinks she is and the body is just a vessel.
