Best episode so far. For once I was not annoyed. This episode was close in atmosphere to S1. Still convenient but oh well, I am getting used to it.

Since when did Akane started smoking? Not that i have anything against it but still, it just doesn't suit her. And yes, something like that was shown few episodes back.

Also, it seems my speculations about the real villain is more or less right. Only few episodes remain and perhaps then...

the more we reveal about kirito, the more i feel they tried to make johan (monster) kind in psycho pass. i really dunno it the "twist" was good because it were tense, or bad because it made me feel as they just keep creating more and more plots to kamio.

on the other hand, mika plot line with tougane is much more interesting and stable lol.

Don't even get me started on Akane's pathetic "we'll capture him and bring him to justice" bullshit. I'm sure all the people that are going to die before you do so will be really grateful for that. Every person that Kamui kills from episode 7 onwards blood is directly on Akane's hands (and this show wants me to believe shes a great detective LOL)

This show is just so badly written it's almost funny.

These are my thoughts exactly so I guess I don't need to say anything else, I'm just fast-forwarding this shit at this point, I see something boring and I will fast-forward it, I just want to finish this and get this over with. And Mika is surely getting on my nerves too, no wonder people hate that bitch.

Fuck the 3rd season, I don't even going to watch it, after this season is over I'm done with this shit for good.

Ahhhhh, right. I was wondering why Kamui can do all this stuff and forgot they did the "he was actually a whole group!" reveal. I think Shimotsuki was the main reason I originally hated this season but these reveals are not good either. Makishima's criminal quirk made sense but having a bunch of people able to just fake their way through society with basically magical cloaks is severely underwhelming.

On a literal level of events its...fine, I guess. But Season 1 was so interesting because it poses questions like "How do you deliver justice in a system that doesn't recognize the criminal?" and "Is a system that ignores/removes free will but delivers safety and ease to society a net positive?" while this season is basically just "What if a really bad guy was really hard to find?" and that's only exciting if you care about the stakes and/or characters. To that end, notice that 90% of the heavy lifting of this show is being done by prominent Season 1 characters and the most prominent new characters are annoying as hell.

That is so incredibly stupid they won't revoke the Stockholm Syndrome Inspector's Dominator access just because her Sibyl rating is still low. If they want to be so bureaucratically retarded about it, then fire the Inspector for not coming into work for so long. No longer an Inspector, no longer having Dominator access, problem solved. But of course the real problem here is the writing is atrocious, they know there's a huge gaping plot hole here but they try to address it with a band-aid that is way way too insufficient for the size of the plot hole.

Has this lousy organization prevented crime or saved anybody when it really mattered? I started wondering if they ever succeeded, but was struggling to remember any instances, and started realizing it's just one failure after another. Like they eventually do figure things out, but usually too late and the damage is already done, or it's inconsequential they've figured it out. They didn't even succeed in stopping Shougo in S1, it was Kougami going rogue and killing Shougo that solved the problem. So this organization seems to fail at everything, and their body count is horrendous this season.

Also I can't believe their military isn't involved, and pulling jurisdiction after what happened to their base, drones, and personnel.
