| All I have to say is GOATFINN Moments like this really hit hard considering how much he has changed This season easily cements Thorfinn as a top tier character. I love how much passion there is on the production team. The music, the colors, the lighting, the cinematography, are all just amazing. |

| 4.5/5 One of the best directed & animated episode of the whole season so far The hair animations were exquisite, perfectly capturing the storm and the plot beat we were following with Arnhed & Gardar. Great shot compositions to accompany those fluid animations too. Their interaction was a seasonal highlight, which im personally staggered by since they're basically recent characters but their motifa definitely intertwine with the overarching themes of the story Some very notable frantic camera movements were a much appreciated addition to the episode. Thorfinn and Einar are once again contemplating war & slavery. Thorfinn reinvigorates his Vinland aspirations but Gardar has presumably been let loose. A conflict is definitely brewing within the farm and it's gonna be a devastating one, the way i feel it~~ |

| Epic. The reflection, the messaging, the background music, the art, how they revived the title of the anime, the intensity. Epic. |
| This was such an intense & heavy episode. The part that got me the most was how much Thorfinn has come to understand the vicious cycle of bloodshed and the untold suffering he helped to inflict on other fathers & sons. I feel deeply conflicted by Arnheid's situation. By rights, none of them should even be slaves, so I hardly think Gardar is doing anything wrong. On the other hand, I don't think fleeing will end well for either of them, especially since Arnheid is with child. |

| Damn, so Arnheid did help Gardar escape even though she was not sure if it was the right thing to do. Welp, his rescue resulted in a rampage where more of Snake's men were killed. Now, Snake is pissed af. Bro is ready to slaughter him the moment he finds him. Thorfinn and Einar talk about the mythical island called Vinland. It seems to reach that island and creating a peaceful community there is the current 'big goal' of this series. |

| Finally, Thorfinn started to follow the ideals of his father, Thors. It took him several years I've already lost count to put that thought into his very thick and numb skull. Now, I'm excited how this develop further. |

| My heart skipped a beat when Thorfinn finally remembered about Vinland, this is one of the very important things that he has forgotten. That heart-to-heart conversation is one that many bros have undergone. At some point in our lives when we can't see ourselves past the foggy future that awaits us, we usually tend to have this talk that goes above and beyond, the prospect of building a nation in a foreign continent is something that even Kings of an empire would pause to ponder of. This is a near-insurmountable undertaking. |

| RIP dude who took a Gardar chomp to the neck. Dude royally screwed over his entire squad but I respect the decision of letting a slave girl see her husband Wonder how Thorfinn's gonna react when he learns Leif is coming over after remembering him after forever lol |
| I liked the first half more than the second half. Gardar is a beast and Arnheid is a top tier waifu. I loved that he apologized to her and promised to do better and she set him free. I love this couple man!!!!!!!!!! Einar andThorfinn need to do their best to let them go free! Thorfinn has at least come to terms with the fact that pacifism if dumb and unrealistic and has decided to run away to Vinland aka 'MURICA! Everyone always wants to move 'Murica smh. We don't space for all you clowns. 10/10 episode. This is already in my top 15 All time anime. |
