| For those complaining about the MC being an absolute loser...what did you honestly expect? It kind of goes hand in hand with this type of anime. You don't watch this kind of series expecting a good well thought out plot, brilliant characters etc I was mindful of that when I started so I wasnt really expecting anything deep and meaningful. Is there always a need to to be so critical of a series? - sit back and enjoy it for what it is - trash xD |

| I'm amazed how bad this was xD the voice acting was bad, the animation was average at best, and the jokes are so cringy. I didn't think it would be so focused on ecchi, I'll probably drop it in a few episodes if it doesn't improve. |

| different from other posts for other shows, i wont analyze the plot or PLOT for first GAL. just my weekly personal thoughts. Furukawa Hiroyuki is the director and chief animation for the show. he directed another ecchi show that i like, Okusama ga Seitokaichou. and yet again, taketatsu ayana participate in a show directed by furukawa. profession for ecchi! Hashiba gets voiced from Asanuma Shintaro. what a familiar feeling... its you, tsuda-kun! when i saw Yame Yukana for the first time, i just felt like i had seen her somewhere else. and when i was watching this episode, i suddenly came out with the answer: Jougasaki Mika. we now have 56058 members (07/14 00:42 JST) watching this show in myanimelist.net, ranking 4th in 2017 summer! 4th! 4thhhhhhhhhhh! okusama has got 113372 members (16th in 2015 summer animes) now. it appears to be no need for censorship... Whoahoho said: that's what you get from Katsurai Yoshiaki. Geez, man they put this up and yet they have to censored, the shinpantsu thing in this anime, watta double standard . | The best "first episode" of all, no matter what the anime genre, I loved it and it was hilarious from beginning to end! He has many expectations regarding this anime and he has surpassed them and one thing I assure you, this anime promises to make us cry with so much laughter and will delight us with a good and due romance. |

| It was slow paced. Some forced comedy became boring along the way. MC's hairstyle is like a cockroach and I can't unsee it >_< Ironic how he shares the same VA of Tsuda who's the exact opposite of him lmao The gal had a pretty character design. It reminded me of Galko haha. Can't help but think how more beautiful will these girls look in their normal clothes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I watched censored version so didn't enjoy it much. | Honestly, I don't have a problem with ecchi or harem series, but this doesn't feel like it'll be amazing. I was drawn to the series due to Yukana's design, and I felt like it would be similar to Oshiete! Galko-chan in some way. Sadly, that's not the case and instead it's full of characters I hate and barely any reason to keep watching. My biggest issue is with the main character and his friends. I can live with a shy or socially awkward lead, but this guy just seems like an unlikable asshole who thinks of nothing but sex. His friends are even worse, with one of them even apparently being a pedophile. It got to the point that I hope that they aren't in any future episodes, because they're just that terrible. I'll probably give this another 2 episodes to impress me, but otherwise I'm gonna drop it. |

I can't believe I am saying this from an anime... But Ranko's voice DOES NOT fit her AT ALL. Little girl's voice compared to her mature physique? Contrast much? Should had made her sound more her age. Also she is not supposed to appear until later the arc... P.S.2 WTF! I just found out that the VA for Ranko is kitamura Eri. | I wonder how many times I've started my first-impressions comments off with "Well that was an interesting start" at this point... Its really not even all that interesting, its more of just a slight surprise to the fact that they decided to start things off in a way I haven't experienced yet or in a while. Anyway, got WW2 flashbacks when Nene popped up with those bowling balls attached to her chest. That was not pleasant to watch. Those things must hurt. My favorite part of the anime, the censorship. And MC's internal dialogue was pretty entertaining too. |

| I'm not super happy with the adaption so far. Seems to have pretty bad production values, as well they added stuff from later chapters in the the first episode that don't really make sense. They also added in more random stupid ecchi scenes which were completely unneeded. |

| I felt the voice acting was definitely the strength with this one. I think that alone made it somewhat enjoyable; without it it would likely be a complete fail rather than just a partial one. |

| The comedy works. Have no idea what people are getting so worked up about. A good episode with a great, teasing girl. "B-but the MC is generic/a loser" seems to be the calling card of underage morons who weren't going to like this show in the first place. The guy's a pervert with a group of over the top perverted friends who wants to get laid. Having trouble not liking this. To put into perspective how boring this community is, Gamers, which is totally mediocre in every way, has a 7.35 score compared to the 6.89 we have here. "B-but it's about video games..." I hate you people. |
