| Hi! ^ ^ My name is Lilia. You may call me by my name or by username, doesn't matter. Hmmm.... I think my first encounter with shounen ai was back in middle school in the seventh grade (I was 13 at the time). I started going to the public library and discovered a small section of manga. I was barley getting into manga at the time also. I picked up the first volume of Satisfaction Guaranteed and loved it. I noticed a vibe between the two male MCs and thought, "It would be awesome if there were books with two guys falling for each other". I never thought that the manga was intentionally going for both guys to be love interests and that I liked that sort of genre. o_o I never knew the genre Yaoi and Shounen Ai existed. That is, until I discovered the world of anime and found a random yaoi video clip on YouTube. I realized that I'm actually interested in the genre. That's when I watched my first yaoi/shounen ai (don't know what genere this belongs to), Junjou Romantica. =) I insistently got hooked! So that's how I got involved with BL. =3 |

| Just realized I never made an introduction lol. Better really late than really really late I suppose I suck at introductions, just saying. Anyway ~ I'm Comic_Sans, but you can call me Comic if you want to. (Obviously not my real name, but let's just keep it at that for now). I didn't actually start watching anime until one-two years ago - my first anime was Fairy Tail - but I've been into homoshipping since I was, like, eleven-twelve years old? I remember I started shipping two of the male members of one of my favourite bands and I used to stay up until four o'clock to read M-rated fanfics (aaah, those were the days of innocence and purity) but then I stopped since I felt ''guilty'' for liking homoerotic fanfictions. I didn't think I was normal (lol) One day I somehow happened to stumble upon the yaoi page on wikipedia... I started visiting that page more and more often and googling pictures... and shortly after one of my Skype friends, who's a really hardcore fujoshi, recommended me Junjou Romantica and BLAM! I became addicted. I think I finished both seasons in two days or even less and one week later I started watching Sekaiichi after that. And then I began shipping homo couples again and that's... basically... why I am here now I really don't regret I got into the yaoi fandom - there are a lot of rabid shippers here and there but most BL fans I've met are, thankfully, sympathetic and friendly people. Worship me bitchezz I'm a staff member I mean, hope we can get along ~ |

| Hello! I'm Spencer, I'm 15 (will be 16 on August 4th) and well from what I can remember I started reading BL / Yaoi 4 years ago. I never really liked regular hentai n stuff and always had a thing for BL / Yaoi :3 The place I first saw yaoi was yaoihaven (which is now known as yaoihavenreborn) and I've always liked it ever since. | Hello! I just joined and as I've never truly been active in a club before, you'll have to excuse me if I seem overly-awkward~ You can call me whatever you like, I don't mind. I started getting into yaoi/BL when I was maybe 12/13 (I really liked to ship the boys of Big Time Rush back in the day, it was embarassing) but didn't really get serious about it until I actually started watching anime and reading manga around New Years 2014~ I don't have a favorite BL mangaka but I certainly have a lot of OTPs hehehe c: I speak with ebonics when I get worked up but I'll be polite as can be here |
