It isn't in Deathwatch territory so it's fine. But I won't go and assist you, merely show you where it is, and leave. You'll have to venture into the depths and search for them yourself." They usually try to stick to long range, though I'm sure there are exceptions." Masaru stated calmly. "And basic melee training isn't enough to take on these nuisances." "Yeah, 'cept Sweetheart here. Though she's ironically the most susceptible to this illusion bullshit so we send her in she might turn on us without knowing it." Ray shrugged. |

They need to be dealt with however without proper information I can't do much. He thought to himself. "Wait... Why did this Reaver woman not simply place you under hypnosis like she did to Chi?" |

| Tatsu blinked. It was such an obvious reason he hadn't even thought about it. "I didn't look into her eyes," he responded. "I fought with my head down, and I never made eye contact with her. The only reason I knew her eyes were yellow was I looked at them from afar, when she was fighting the undead rhino. I'd heard of her abilities in rumors, and I figured hypnosis is a skill that works with the eyes. If I didn't look at her, it should have no effect. Seems I was right." A sudden idea flashed into his mind. "I can't be sure, but If there was a barrier between my eyes and hers, I might be able to still look at her and fight. For example, something like sunglasses. However I can't be sure, and the risk is incredibly high." |

| "That's false." Masaru stated calmly. "I've been told, at least about Scarecrow, that he doesn't need eye contact. If he's close enough he can get inside your head. Therefore there are only two reasons why that woman didn't get in your head. Either she's weaker than Scarecrow and needs eye contact unlike him, or she was just screwing around. The latter is more likely." He let out an annoyed sigh. |

He sat down as the sun began to set. He nodded in Chi's direction. "It's gettin late. Think we should move her, sir? It isn't incredibly safe to be out here. I know we're all very capable fighters, but with characters like Reaver and this Scarecrow you mention, It'd be a good idea to be on the safe side." |

| Watching from above, a man could be seen in a distance. He was there just watching Masaru and the others... Trying to see what they would do with his brother, Scarecrow. He was quiet doubtful of wether or not they would reach or fight him. Slimer, another number, watched them from close. He found these new "puppets" interesting. Maybe they would be useful against the ones who went against the Overmind. Maybe they will be able to defeat the rogue numbers. If they do, everything else will be a lot easier. He thought to himself was he watched them. His presence could be easily spotted, but he didn't really cared for that, since he would love to talk with these new puppets. |

| Tatsu stopped walking. He'd been sensing eyes on him and the others for some time now, but he'd remained silent. Now however, he felt it was best to make note. He moved in close behind Masaru and whispered. "Sir, I'm sure you've noticed by now..but we are being watched. This past hour that we've been talking, I've been making note of different vantage points, and judging from that fact, I can infer we are being watched from above. Presumably the roof of a building somewhere." He paused. "..Should I handle the situation?" |

He announced as he looked toward Masaru with a smirk. His presence was intimidating, but he didn't wanted to fight Masaru in any way. "How are you and your subordinates? I heard some of them have gone through some troubles." He asked calmly, crossing his legs as he looked toward Masaru still with his smirk. His eyes were as red as the sunset, but they were not shining or glittering like Scarecrow's. |

Otherwise, you'll just end up with no answers, trying catch an invisble monster in the dark." He told him seriously as he looked toward the sky with a more calm expression. |

| Tatsu shrugged. "Suit yourself." He looked over at Masaru and the mysterious man. Judging by their expressions and body language, their encounter wasn't seeming very pleasant. He only hoped they could get out of the public before it got too much later. |

He wasn't proud of his brother's work, but he had to admit that it would not fail so easily. "So, normally, you would have jumped into me and slashed me with your sword like a barbarian?" He questioned rhetorically as he huffed once more, closing his eyes. "Now, puppet, are you a threat to me or not?" Was his first question. He had to make sure that Masaru would not attack him out of nowhere. Instead of a sword or a weapon, he used a eletric guitar on his back. |

So far every one of Scarecrows kin seemed to be pretty arrogant so there was not much use in it, though that didn't mean he'd simply allow him to call him that. "Now answer my questions." |

"And if you won't answer my questions, I'll simply leave. You say you are the only one that holds the answers I want and that I am desperate for them. But I can tell that you are one of those nuisances that even on the verge of death, that you would reveal nothing. If I cannot get you to reveal anything now, I won't ever. However, I am not going to simply bow to you for meager answers." |

Released from their duties... We are... servants." She added as she looked toward him with an emotionless expression. The man nodded in agreement with a face that showed worries. "It is as she said. "I can tell you're different, because I'm highly sure that Scarecrow wouldn't walk up to me and poke me with a blank face." He commented calmly. "And if they are no longer servants, and you are. Are you enemies?" He questioned. |

He does not want to... kill all humans... for he thinks... they are worth a chance." She told him emotionlessly as she kept poking his cheeks. She then stopped suddenly and abruptly, walking back slowly. "Masaru-sama... Do you... Think Scare-kun is a bad person...?" She questioned him with an emotionless face as she bought her hands together. The men silently watched with their eyes closed, showing light sorrow on their faces. Seeing how Hammerfell was unable to show her emotions in the real world pained them but they couldn't do anything. |

| "I see..." Masaru then paused. He thinks humans are worth a chance. "You're joking right? He thinks humans are worth a chance? Then enlighten me to why he terrorizes them with his illusions. Why he lures the undead to feed on them." He rolled his eyes. "And I don't know him, so I can't judge him. I will say, however, that I don't like him and that I do intend to deal with him. He wanders around and attacks humans at random, I can't risk him killing or terrorizing my subordinates as he has already done to one." He explained to her. "Also, is a woman named Reaver one of your allies? Or one of Scarecrow's?" |

She told him as she drew her close to him once more. She flicked his head. To her, it was a very weak one, but to him it would be like a slap. "Baka... He is just like you... Trying to protect those who mean something... To him..." She explained the reason why he attacked Masaru and the others. She then, subtly turned her back to him. "Masaru-sama... Be careful... With the Blood Dreamer... Your actions may wake her... For now... We will take our leave and... keep in touch with you..." She told him as they started to vanish. Slowly, they disappeared like a mirror image. |

| "I beg to differ." Masaru said turning to head back to the others. They told him to be careful with Blood Dreamer however that information was useless as he had no clue who Blood Dreamer was. And he didn't believe that he targeted people who deserved it. What of Akira? He saw her reaction when she was at his base. Also, he saw the face he wore during their fight. He seemed to enjoy it. And even if someone deserved to die Masaru never made them suffer. He made a lethal blow to end them quickly, not lure undead and allow them to feed on them. He was slightly annoyed that he didn't have as many answers as he'd like. Maybe I should find Akira. Perhaps she knows who this Blood Dreamer person is. He thought. |

| Tatsu watched as The mysterious group of people disappeared. He didn't like them, nor did he trust them. He stood up. "Sir, I think it's time we get going," he stated as Masaru rejoined them. "Did you get anything out of them?" |

Though I can't tell whether they'll stay out of the way or get in it when I try to kill him." He let out an annoyed sigh. He turned to the Legion soldiers. "If you want to know where I saw that girl. Head down one of the nearby manholes and look for a large hole. It should be fairly obvious and easy to find. They all left through that hole. Also, be weary of a giant snake." "Alright, thanks... Wait... Snake?" Ray questioned, only receiving a slight shrug from Masaru. "Well... Thanks anyway, we'll be on the lookout for Anaconda." Masaru then picked Chi up again. "Alright, let's go." |

Despite what she said, however, she was already standing over the manhole cover and ready to go. "This is the place right?" she asked lifting the manhole cover and tossing it to the side, "Is Chris gonna come with us?" she asks Ray, "Or is he gonna stay behind and watch our ride?" |
