Akira saw trough him. It was clear they wouldn't trust her, so she had to use her abillity. Manipulating Vincent was the best ideia and, in the position she was, this was the best time. "You're not in the position to deny such offer, with all due respect. How many people you got left? A thousand? A thousand and a half is my guess from the looks of it. Building houses to those people will take 9 months for you, couting the resource localization. Risking 9 months is a very bad ideia since, in that much time, you have 90% of chance of an epidemy happening. An epidemy would the last thing we would want, I'm pretty sure of it." She told him as she made a sigh. "Listen, if I planned to test a virus, all I needed to do was bomb your base with a smoke of it. This has nothing to do with what we tried before." She said with geniune sincerity. Akira's plans were to do a particle spreader below the base, this would help her to evolve her new plan of controlling the undead.

Look, the max time you can waste building it, even if those robots are repaired, will be 6 months. And that would take a risk of 78% of chance of epidemy." She said, finalizing her incredibly correct conversation, showing no mistakes in what she said. She hoped everyone over there would notice that she was correct in everything she had said since she took in her math everything around their problem.

Akira's kind facade was starting to crumble and frankly she'd let a few things slip that she probably didn't mean too. Still Vincent couldn't help but acknowledge that her projection was probably right but if what Diva mentioned was true then they aren't at full power right now either.

Akira made a light smile in disbilief of her stupid mistake. She unfortanetly set out her own game, but this wasn't over yet. "Because it was stamped in your face that you wouldn't believe in me unless I made myself clear that we aren't making anything including a virus here. I know our reputation, but that's exactly what I'm trying to clean by making an alliance over here." She told him before she looked to Moon. "The four flaws of your bots are simple. First: The iron is starting to become rusty, if I had to predict, it will go down in about 4 days of use. Second: Since the iron is rusty, replacing it will not work and finding another one of that design will take time, even more than creating one, which would take about 3 days with the help of 10 people. Third: The design of the bots was not made to construction, it's just a matter of time before it falls from excessive work. Fourth: The command system is too old, installing a new one would take 6 days and wasting that time in all robots would still be nescessary since it doesn't recognize some commands." She said, pointing the four flaws that Moon had obviously forgot. She then turned herself back to Vincent. "Then I'll tell you my plans, but not my project. My plan is simply to control the undead." She said casually while she grinned cutely.

He stared in slight disbelief for a few moments when he heard Akira's intentions. Control the undead? To be perfectly honest it sounded like a plan a Saturday morning cartoon villain would come up with and just her plan gave him enough insight come up with a bunch of worst case scenarios. So he decided to toss a couple rocks at it, see if he could knock some loose.

"That's a pretty crazy plan you've got there lass," he said with a slight edge to his voice, "lets set up a hypothetical situation in which team A agrees to let team B build this brain eater brain controlling device and it works. Having a such a powerful machine at their disposal team B proceeds to use their weaponized Virus on the weakened team A and turn them into zombies which can then be controlled with the device." Vincent leans back slightly in his chair and continues "How would team A assure that wouldn't happen?" he asks Akira.

Even though she was sitting down her eye's were level with the standing Akira and when she stood up she ended up towering above her. She didn't understand what the hell they were talking about and she honestly didn't care that much.

She'd listened in on their conversation and about half of it flew over her head and rigth into the 'don't give a shit' bin. She did understand the gist of what Vincent wanted her to do however.

Alicia let out a whistle when she saw the mecha transform as Vincent passed by her and whispered into her ear, subtly, "Your free to go wild if you find theyre planning on double crossing us" he told her before running off to help with the debris and bark orders to slow soldiers.

"Oh? How about I re-purpose you into a trash can you mouthy piece of crap," Alicia said whilst cracking her knuckles. While winding up her punch she noticed three soldiers approaching her while struggling to carry a large case indirectly saving the stupid robot.

"M-ma'am, Captain Vincent ordered up to bring this to you" one soldier said, clearly winded.
"Perfect," Alicia replied as she hefted the massive box with single handed ease relieving the three men of the burden and turned to Akira.

"How much weight can that thing take," she asked casually.

Diva was glad that the deal went fine, but she was still worried about the plan's rate of success, the possipilty of betrayal, and any other threatning things. "I am such a worrywart..." She thought and sighed. She walked up to Alicia and slightly bowed with her head. "Have a safe trip Miss Alicia, and I hope everything goes well with you there." She said in a respectful polite manner, but she then suddenly felt an another reason to feel anxious: Alicia's wild behavior. Diva respected Alicia's honesty with her behavior, even if it was a 'bit' wild, but she was still worried that the people in the NEOH corpration would veiw that differently. Of course she didn't note that to Alicia or anyone directly, as she thought that it's considered somewhat rude. So all she was able do is wish and pray for everything to go well secretly.

Upon hearing Diva and Akira's description of Suzutsuki Alicia almost shook with delight. The strongest the NEOH corp. had to offer? She almost couldn't contain her excitement. She wanted to fight her, she wanted to fight until her arms fell dead to her sides and she fainted from exhaustion. Still, she made a promise not to cause too much trouble at the NEOH base... she had to figure out a way to fight Suzutsuki without pissing off everyone. Although the idea of fighting her way out of the middle of enemy territory also filled her with a sort of masochistic excitement.

"I'd love to meet the one the CEO of NEOH holds in such high esteem" she said to herself as she rested her head on her hand.
