| Thank goodness Kaneki is pretending so that he can Hinami !! But he can't relax yet not without going through Arima, and I'm not sure even if Kaneki has become stronger or he got help from Ayato and Banjou he will be able to face Arima easily !! |

It would be too easy if everyone goes out alive from here. This kind of situation reminds me One Piece ahah Also, I'm not sure if Kaneki is back. It looks like he is, but considering the 60 previous chapters, I still have doubts about him... |
| Kaneki was an inch from killing arima in their first fight and he has improved dramatically since, if they fight again it isn't a fight arima can win without putting his life on the line. Going to be awesome if they do fight. |

| Really liked this chapter, starting to see the real Kanki more and more. Getting some death flag vibes though, I can't see this betrayal going over well. I keep getting the feeling Himami's going to die. Kanki needs something to push him over the edge, he can't possibly be at his strongest and I can't see him beating Arima. |

| WTF! IF Kaneki really did eat Hide, then I'd say that's the most ridiculous twist of the story. 😤 For one thing, why would he have to eat him in the first place? It doesn't make sense! 🤔🤨 As if Hide's even a ghoul so he can enhance Kaneki's powers! Why can't Hide just help Kaneki try to get out of that battle instead of saying "Yo! eat me!" It feels like the author wants to give a shocking twist but failed to do so. I'm appalled of how lame an author can make a twist. If you can even call that a twist. 🙄🤯 I really don't care if I belong to the minority. But I don't want to be pretentious. Tokyo Ghoul is overrated! I just REALLY hope that I'll be proven wrong at the end of the story because I'd be very disgusted how my fellow otaku could exaggerate a petty manga like this. 👎 I always give stories a chance. Even if they suck all throughout the story, but as long as they kick back and make the story worth its reverence that I could forgive how it was lousy at some point. I still hope for a better outcome in the end. 🤞🤞 |

| Kaneki finally remembered how Hide was a great friend. Hide offering Kaneki to eat him before his battle was Arima. What a great guy. This memory gave Kaneki the resolve to rescue Hinami and become the tragic hero for the ghouls. Long live the king yuuuuuh!!! |
