| Definitely Menma. She's so beautiful and amazing. Bunch of perverted guys on this forum xD. I do like Anaru too though. She's a wonderful character and great match for Jin-tan. Out of Anaru and Tsuruko though, I'd say Tsuruko. She's just plain amazing. |

| Everyone definitely had their faults, and both Anaru and Menma are no exception. Anaru has a borderline obsessed love for Jintan, will follow the crowd, etc. Menma is too naive, thinking that everyone will get along... But then you see that they're good people too; both of them are portrayed nicely, Anaru strikes me as a more realistic portray of a girl, while Menma is a bit more idealistic, but you have to consider she didn't grow up mentally as much due to her, well being dead. I say they both have their differences and charms, and if you choose one over the other doesn't mean either of them are lesser. I still want to kick Yukiatsu's ass, though. |
| Menma only looks and acts like a loli. She's actually the same age as the rest of the cast so choosing her shouldn't make you re-think your manhood :P Though I chose Anaru since, well, she's hawt :D |

| Menma's character was pretty interesting, with all her quirks and stuff. I can understand how annoying she is; I mean, she did have to deal with being dead and only being able to talk to Jintan. Anaru, on the other hand, had to deal with growing up with peers, knowing very well how she is easily swayed by her peers' interests. It's pretty nice to think that after all the years and after all the friends that came and went by, the one thing that didn't change is her admiration for Jintan. Menma was nice, but Anaru wins for me. |

| Menma. Personally I'm not too big on Anaru's character arch type. Easily persuaded by big crowds and generally loses her opinion. Menma on the other hand is innocent and slow, but like a star she'll always shine. The pure type of girl that will always point you in the right direction when you lose your way. |
