| Nowhere near as fluid as GBC, but it’s definitely the best out of the Sanzigen Bandori ones. The 2D characters being with the 3D characters will never not look out of place. |
| Morfornica mentioned!!!!! I would say that Nyamu is the MVP of this episode. tbh, I really prefer the masked form over the unmasked one. Really want to know Soyo and Taki's opinions about Sakiko and Mutsumi joining Ave Mujica. It will be very exciting and fun to watch. Sakiko's father was a real trash. Thankfully, she moved away from her father. |

| I feel sorry for Sakiko and never expected that Saki's background with her family was this deep. An innocent teenage girl like her has to face a condition like this, I think at the same time she is amazing and she deserves to be happier. One more thing, I'm sure that the band's condition is definitely loose right now. Maybe someone like Nyamu is not suitable and fits this band, her personality shows a resistance to the band's goal itself which is Sakiko's goal, and I'm not blaming Sakiko here but I'm curious to see how their condition will be in the future.  |

| Concert scene for the OP song? A nice way to start, I guess. They did Saki's flashback in this episode already. Now all of the theories confirmed, I still don't understand; why she prefers to live with her father instead stay in the Togawa family? Damn, I don't even want to imagine how hard her life must've been... She obviously does not deserve her father at all. As he said, Saki's keep moving forward even on her current situation. I wonder what could happen if she never leave her mother's family like that. Also, Nyamu's scene when she opened her mask was actually showed in the episode preview, but it's still surprising when she suddenly did that. I already expected it since they made Ave Mujica, though. Nyamu certainly doesn't look like someone who can stay still and being ordered, just like Saki's did to the rest of Ave Mujica. Man, I'm so excited for episode 2. Why they didn't release the first three episodes already just like they did with MyGO? |

| Absolute cinema. Months of waiting paid off. I like how episode 1 answered most of things from MyGO anime. Also I like how they are already unmasked from episode 1 and Soyo already know Sakiko is in the band. Episode 2 and forward will be interesting! |

| SAKIKOOOOOO I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU UNTIL THE END OF MY LIFEEEE. The first episode managed to exceed my expectations, the wait of more than a year turned out to be satisfied with the amazing results. I didn't expect it to make me cry so much. Sakiko's backstory turned out to be more dramatic than I imagined, but I had guessed that Sakiko's father went bankrupt but not Sakiko's mother died, and how Sakiko's struggle to improve herself and father's status was really sad, Sakiko has a very strong character, Sakiko is so good at making people believe and follow what she thinks because she got that aura but she fails to read the minds of people like Nyamu who needs entertainment. I think this is Sanzigen's best production so far with how 3D Bandori was upgraded to be this good, I didn't really notice that the CG was stiff like before, or just because I was carried away by the atmosphere of this amazing episode that made me not realize that the CG was still the same as before. The song KiLLKiSS is frankly amazing, looking forward to Ave Mujiking's next amazing concert. But, how this episode ends makes me wonder if this incident will bring happiness or destruction. If, Ave Mujica can destroy my expectations like this episode again, it is certain that this is one of my anime of the year candidates.  |

| Really annoying that there's no subs currently out there which translate the on-screen text, because I feel like I'm missing a lot of important context in the second half of the episode without those translations: especially for the texts sent during that moment which began CRYCHIC's demise. Song lyrics remaining untranslated is also annoying, as if MyGO is any indication those will be massively important to the narrative. That aside, a solid first episode for this new band with a very strong ending note with the masks already coming off. My only actual complaint plot-wise so far is that the extra layers of Sakiko's backstory became laughably predictable the moment her mum appeared on screen: it's a very cliche backstory, but effective enough. |
| Damn, Sakiko's been through a lot. It's understandable that she wanted to quit Crychic now, the other girls besides Mutsumi don't seem to know her side of the story. Also, I never thought they'd get unmasked so soon. |

| ok, i kinda like Sakiko a bit more now, she's still a big ol´bitch, but i can understand her a little better now the "explosive" popularity to reach Budokan so close to debut is so dumb, its almost like a plotpoint from a comedy show, kinda didnt like it but i guess they needed a big enough stage for the big "reveal"... which is so stupid because how the fck do you not see Uika if youre a sumimi fan just with that small mask lmao all that said, i really enjoyed the episode and ive been listening to AM's music on repeat these last few days, so im excited for things to come, if they MyGo's level of greatness, ill start 2025 really happy oh, and CR's translation was so ass it kinda hurt my head to read |

| Damn what did I witnessed it was perfect. The opening song , the backstory of Sakiko and the reason why she ended CRYCHIC. Damn she is very responsible and fine daughter. I can understand the pain she's been going through this whole time. I hope now that they reveal their identity, this band will have a great impact! |

It's been a while but is this the first time we're getting any sort of explanation as to why she quit? I remember that being an enormous annoyance I had with MyGo and can't remember if they ever gave an explanation. Also her family sucks so probably good she got out finally. Nyamu seems like she might cause some decent drama as a villain but honestly if a band mate completely destroys the bands plans, gimmick, and desires that they originally signed up for because they're now bored, they would be getting replaced asap. Also agree, no text translation or lyric subs is bad, I shouldn't need an app to read what's on screen.

It's region locked to Southeast Asia, so if you have a VPN I recommend watching the Muse Asia version on YouTube. If you don't have a VPN, set on up. | I noticed that many people are dropping the anime because they don't know the story, all the prequels, or even the game. It's unfair... But even without knowing all that, it's still interesting. People just don't get it. |
| I love the MYGO cast, but man Ave Mujica characters are so annoying. Saki is such a dull character with such a boring personality. Her background made me sympathetic towards her but her being so controlling even though she is the one with the less talent in the group. Hopefully she will grow on me during this season. Song is a bop though |

| And already unmasked, that was fast. The staging for this first episode was incredible like a theatrical play, with such intensity ! There's a bird's-eye view shot at 2 minutes where the chandeliers hang low, and the stage appears like the ceiling—it was absolutely splendid ! I'm burning with enthusiasm. |

| Great performance I enjoyed the song they did get to play. Feel very sorry for Sakiko, her life has been really bad for a while now. Interesting how Nyamu decided to go into business for herself and remove her mask and some of the others which ended with everyone revealing their identities. |

| So I wasn't THAT excited for this coming into it, as I prefer school life and cute aesthetics, and I just didn't think these characters were interesting. But after watching, I'm completely ready for this to shift into a messed-up drama. This ep feels like an introduction. The show has already tipped its hand by having the faces revealed and answering the unsolved questions from MyGO, but I actually like this direction - it's less predictable. If it's good, it's gonna be a glorious toxic sad drama from here on out. Gonna be disappointed if we get a happy friendship ending, though. |
