Kanon literally joined Wien's new idol club and her new goal was for them to be in the same group one day. We all know that both Wien and Tomari will join Liella in the end. | The new OP is nice, is like the 2nd season song more, but visually, this one is the best one. This episode somehow made me like Margarete even more. Kanon new training outfit looks like 90s(?) The only way to convert Margarete is infiltrating. So Kanon become Khibuya Sanon. Chibi Margarete! |

| Rahhhh we are so fucking back. Precure and LL episodes airing at the same time this season, can’t believe this my life. So happy to see the new girls in anime form finally. I don’t get a lot of the criticism I’m seeing about this season honestly. I like the idea of Kanon and Margarethe teaming up and training to compete against Liella. I do think the reason for the study abroad getting cancelled was a little weak, but man honestly I just want more of my girls so whatever reason they came up I’m cool with. Making another school idol club and trying to surpass Liella should be a fun time and allow some good character development. Kanon and Margarethe got off on the wrong foot before, but I can see them becoming great friends and I’m here for it. Episode looked gorgeous, superstar has always looked pretty but it looks extra pretty this time around. Both the OP and ED bang and this was just a cool first episode back in general. Can’t wait for next episode |

@Dodener No don't worry not just you. I thought the writing was awful. Let's be honest though season 2 ended on a really bad note it would have been an uphill battle to make it good. But Chisato's reaction to Kanon being back after what happened before was some of the weakest writing I've ever seen. Also the "logic" for Kanon and Wein staying honestly is beyond stupid.

For Chisato's reaction, maybe that's weak writing, but you must know Chisato already known since yesterday night after Kanon messaged her, so it's just normal reaction at tomorrow, but yeah it's way better if they show Chisato's reaction right after Kanon messaged her at yesterday night. For "logic" Kanon & Wein staying, yeah i agree it's stupid, but this is LL you know, if you watch other LL versions, you should already known sometimes logic doesn't work to apply here. So, what can i say, if logic in this anime bother you that much better just dropping it for your own good |

| Love Live Superstar is back! We got some funny moments when Kanon tries to hide from Liella other members, but also some 'conflict' being set up between Margarete and Liella. I have no doubt that Kanon being a 'rival' to Liella won't last very long but it still should be interesting and amusing to see. There is another new girl in addition to Margarete, and I'm very curious about her, she seems decided to also join to 'new' idol club. Also, the new ED is gorgeous, loved it! Overall, a decent first episode for this third season! |

| Love Live franchise's first ever venture into the third season, into complete new territory and they are already trying new stuff and taking the story into a new direction from the getgo. The moment Margarete denied joining the group I knew Kanon would end up with her. Bulma's also here to join them. Kanon got forced into staying just to teach the failure, unfair to her but storywriter needed somehow to keep her here. Personally I don't like this new direction. In future love live they might even breakout group mid season lol. Edit: Time to finish the season, finally got time. |

| Liella, school idol & Love Live is back. But really I don't think this is the best plot from writer to come out with. Two rival school idol group in a same school? What's the point being rival, then try to merge back into one. They both are finalist & winner of LL though, so definitely will got attention through out Japan. Other school doesn't have talented group that could win? Idk man, LL Superstar being weird for try a new concept, and it's becoming worse. LL should try to learn from Bandori, especially It's MyGo or recently Girls Band Cry on how to make a proper rival group though. Nevertheless, I'm still watch & supporting LL Superstar to the whole. Hope it's become more interesting. |

| I've been worried about the story, but so far this is exactly what I've been looking for ❤️❤️ Starting off with two separate groups is definitely a nice way to spice things up. I'd guess that they're going to join together roughly around the middle shortly before the Love Live, but we'll see what happens. Kanon being awkward about telling the others that she's not moving to a different school felt a bit too relatable for my comfort 😅 |

| We're back with more Love Live! And I absolutely loved that first episode to this! I had a lot of fun watching this, and I am very happy to see all the girls again. A banger of an opening and ending too. And I'm honestly here to see where this season's going, cause that was a pretty interesting start as well. |
| Kanon joining Margarete to rival Liella is an interesting turn of events. After the not so good second cour of S2 it got me hyped again for the final year. |

| About time I got to watch it, my favorite LL group on both anime and irl are back, I'm glad this episode had plenty of Kanon x Chisato because that was lacking horribly the previous season, I'm also thankful that the show has the LL style instead of that new look they decided to have for Nijigasaki, not a fan of that one bit, so looking forward to Margarete being part of the show since Yuina is already a great addition, great voice and she is super fun at lives and videos, events, etc. Finally got to listen to Tomari actual voice and not just her singing but it was like 2 lines lol. |

| Well, that's an interesting twist. She's technically following the school's order then. I imagine they'll join Liela eventually in the end? At least the ED seems to suggest that, including a new member with the cyan hair. Room for character development bountiful here. |

| Were Love Live stories always this... dumb? Not going to Vienna because some parents forced you to become their daughter's singing instructor? And why in earth would someone like Margarete need a singing instructor anyways? Man, maybe I'm getting too old for this franchise. |
