If you're looking for something wholesome i suggest you watch the new series higehiro. If you want something that's finished airing then try 3d kanojo, Sakurasou no pet na kanojo or Rascal doesn't dream of a bunny girl senpai. 3d kanojo is very underrated, Sakurasou uses aspects of comedy and Bunny girl senpai gives you tue theatre feels and its a classic :D those are my recommendations watch what interests you and hf watching!

There are a tons thats similar to this. Toradora, Horimiya, Rascal does not dream of Bunny girl Senpai, Komi cant communicate(not yet aired)… If u want some more comedy-ish, Rent a Girlfriend or Gotoubun no Hanayome would be good, & Kanojo mo Kanojo in the future(start airing in July). Or if u want something extremely close to this. Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie is for u, although its not yet aired & no exact release date confirmed, but u can read the manga. Or if u want, u can read the manga of this series too. Welp have fun.

Because of the slow build, you need to be patient with 3D Kanojo. S1 almost entirely is a build up for S2, that's why S1 rating is bad.

Also, while we're at Wholesome Romance Comedy Anime recommendations, I would like to recommend CLANNAD, Tsuki ga Kirei, Ao Haru Ride(Blue Spring Ride), ReLIFE, Hanasaku Iroha, Golden Time, Wotakoi, and Kokoro Connect.

I finished horimiya , I dropped toradora 4 episodes in for Tonikaku as I was not feeling it

I don’t read manga, and rest all anime you mentioned are yet to be aired. Except Bunny girl senpai and Gotobun which I most likely won’t watch now

But which should I start? I’m aiming for wholesomeness, I don’t care much about story and I don’t want to be involved. I just want that feeling

Please and thank You! 😊

RELIFE (note : watch the last episode until the end), Kokoro Connect, then Ao Haru Ride. But I suggest you watch Tsurezure Children first if you really like wholesome romcom, it's a series of wholesome couples (note : there's no MC or FMC because of that, so it will be a bit weird in the beginning since we're not used to seeing different couples in each ministory) doing wholesome stuff, plus each episode are short as well(only about 12 minutes).

“I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying“ has the same dynamic and is really enjoyable. Keep in mind that it’s a truly Japanese humour, so there are a lot of jokes/references which you might don’t understand at first. The episodes are just 4 minutes long or so, therefore it’s also easy to watch.

I still want to have a legit anime experience, the thing is I have exams too and I just watch anime at night to escape

So that’s why, more fullfilling. More better

Anyways I’ll see what I’ll start

If it's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord

I just started watching this one, this is also seems like a wholesome anime, with the protagonist having a Father kind of relationship with a cute kid,

Do give it a try

I highly recommend ore monogatari, a good story about a couple that are too different but they still love everything about each other, also would recommend lovely complex; a story about two "enemies" end up together, is like tornadoes but waaaaay better

I was at the same place where you are a couple months ago but I've luckily found a few very wholesome anime that I would highly recommend.

1. Kaichou Wa Maid Sama [Maid Sama] (I would very highly recommend it if and only if you are going to read the manga cause the anime does not even account to the half of it's story, it's really very very good)
2. Akagami no Shirayuki-Hime [Snow White With The Red Hair] (this is one of the most wholesome romance anime I've founnd so far and like maid sama you should read the manga for the rest of it's story)
3. Masamune-kun no Revenge [Masamune-kun's Revenge] (watch this one as well if you are willing to read the manga)
4. Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii [Wotakoi : Love Is Hard For Otaku] (this is also a really good romance anime but you have to read the manga for this one as well, but unlike the others the manga for this one is still far from over as for the anime there's no news on the 2nd season for the anime yet)
5. Sankarea (it's good one as well but I haven't read the manga yet)

Movies

1. Your Name (I'm sure you've heard of it by now but in just case you haven't)
2. Weathering with You
3. Hello World
4. A Silent Voice
5. Garden of Words
6. I want To Eat Your Pancreas
7. Five Centimetres Per Second

These are the one's that I would recommend apart from the one's that others already have and I would again like to say that you should really watch Maid Sama if you are willing to read the manga cause it's really that good, I can't force this anymore than that!

I very strongly suggest otherwise cause most of the good wholesome romance anime have been dropped half way through their story and if you don't read them you would really miss out on A LOT of the few good one's out there! (Like Horimiya, they almost entirely skipped the story and jumped straight to the end in the anime, where as there is much more to the story in the manga)
I would really recommend that you should check for the manga of the anime, the one's that you really liked cause in the most cases there is a little more to the story in the manga which you shouldn't miss out on!

As for ReLife I myself have not yet watched it but soon will as I've heard quite a lot of it's praises.
But
1. Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
2. 3D Kanojo Real Girl
3. Ao Haru Ride
4. Rent A Girlfriend
These are the one's that I've watched and really vouch for (I may have missed a few) as am looking for some more wholesome anime as well and have found a few new one's here in this thread!
Really tho don't skip the manga!!!

Yes but Tsurezure Children is good none the less, shame that they left it incomplete.
I would recommend you Amagami SS and Seiren like Tsurezure Children it has different stories but having the same protagonist but with different female protagonist in every different segment, it would indeed feel a little different to watch it at first but it is really good none the less.

After the anime I read the manga and was really happy to read that extra chapter about their life which was not in the anime!!

I very strongly suggest otherwise cause most of the good wholesome romance anime have been dropped have way through their story and if you don't read them you would really miss out on A LOT of the few good one's out there! (Like Horimiya, they almost entirely skipped the story and jumped straight to the end in the anime, where as there is much more to the story in the manag)

I never read manga that's why lol
and i cant read, like, ive got enough books to read alreayd for uni enternace exams.Reading scares me,and i think of studies then.
for now,i want to isolate my nights with anime and study the whole day

Man when will this get over and i get a good uni sigh

I think you haven't read a single manga cause they are nothing like the university books. Give it a try sometime.

You might want to drop Scum's Wish/Kuzu no Honkai. It's an NTR Anime (Cheating), not Romance(well there's is romance but only towards the end). I'll add Akagami no Shirayukihime (Snow White with The Red Hair, Series), Kyoukai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary, series, I really recommend this one, 1 season + 1 special + 1 movie) Summer Wars(Movie), and Hello World (Movie) instead.

Grand Blue is more of a Comedy, but I really recommend it. One of the best comedy anime IMO.

Also, before watching the Haruhi Suzumiya Movie. I'd recommend you watch the Anime first, Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu(The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya).

I also Recommend Amagami SS and Seiren, but they're not your typical romcom anime as well. They're Omnibus Romance which means every girl has a route with the MC(Each girl route is around 4 episodes), I'll also add Photo Kano(another omnibus romance) If you're interested.

If you like fanservice, I'd recommend Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai (Uzaki-chan wants to hangout), Saekano(How to raise a boring girlfriend, 2 season + 1 OVA+ 1 Movie as an end), and Oresuki.

Good luck with your exams bro, once you're at Uni you will have a lot of free time to watch anime so make sure to do your best.

I finished horimiya , I dropped toradora 4 episodes in for Tonikaku as I was not feeling it

I don’t read manga, and rest all anime you mentioned are yet to be aired. Except Bunny girl senpai and Gotobun which I most likely won’t watch now
you should finish ToraDora, it’s a bit slow at the start but it gets better

So is Tonikaku Kawaii actually good?

I assuming it is considering how active this particular thread is.

EDIT:-

I guess a few recommendation for wholesome rom-coms are Oh My Goddess!, Chobits, Love Hina and Onegai Teacher. These 4 are classics.

I have a recommendation if you're willing to give it a try. It's wholesome too and has some good romantic elements in it. But this is an action Anime. This is one of my fav of all time and is perfect 10/10 for me. Please give this a try and let me know if you liked it or not-

Well there are some more for u. Nisekoi, Wotakoi, My teen Romatic comedy SNAFU, Monthly girl Nozaki-kun, Tsurezure Children & Chunibyo if comedy. If sad, Clannad, Your lie in April & Plastic Memories.
my teen romantic comedy snafu doesn't really have much comedy it's also not that romantic
