| Here's a neat game we can play: (adapted from a game I saw on Recommendation Club) Post a picture of something Canadian and we can all guess who, what, or where it is! The rules of the game is that every poster can choose a picture related to Canada and set the difficulty of the picture. You cannot change the difficulty of the picture once you have set it. To name a few things you can post:
Basically post any picture that has something to do with Canada! Objective is: Be the first to reach 200 points! We're going to have a scoring system (though the prize for now is bragging rights, if you have a neat idea for a prize, tell meeee!): 1. Easy (5 pts) 2. Medium (10 pts) 3. Hard (15 pts) You can give out extra clues if you feel that people are not getting it (like 5-7 wrong answers) but with each extra clue, there is a deduction of 2 points (so for a hard question, if you give out 2 extra clues, then the question is only worth 11 pts). If a question's value reaches to 0 points, then the question maker should give out the answer and make a new question. There is no penalty for incorrect guesses and a user can guess as many times as he/she wants. I do ask to please allow the question maker to confirm your answer before posting your own next guess. I do ask that once a user gets a question right, the asker should update the leaderboard to let everyone know. Here's the format of the question: (difficulty) (question) (image) Here's an example: Person 1: Easy Name this landmark: Person 2: Parliament Hill? Person 1: Nope Person 3: CN Tower? Person 1: Yes! Leaderboard: Person 3: 5 pts ------- And Person 3 takes over for the next riddle. Although I can't control it, please don't right-click the image and look at the URL. To avoid it, I advise question makers to post it to Imgur/photobucket or some other image sharing website to mask the actual URL. Have funnnnnnnn!!!! Let me start things off. |
