Decent episode. Besides that twist at the end, I found myself liking the way the 'samurai' was being described throughout this series. It ties in together with traditional Japanese values that was credible.

Oh, what will become of that ending plot twist I can only imagine.

Reminds me of Ghost in the Shell in terms of the political scheming. In the end, Nishida is just trying to make Japan great again, but at least the discussion was more complex than that. A lot of villain plots revolve around making the country great again, but it's not often there's another character that posits that the country was never that great to begin with.

This show is losing me with how convoluted it is.I think it would benefit from taking a step back from all the political machinations and instead focused more on the characters. The plot isn't interesting enough on it's own to carry the show for me, I'd like to care about what happens to these characters.

Fast-paced action. Symbol trying to sneak into the Gowa facility, the protagonist discovering that he "died" 8 years ago (from here on, the easiest thing to do would be to assume that he didn't really die and that it was recorded that way, but it doesn't seem very feasible).
On the other hand, the idea that there is a PHASE 2 and that there are two characters that have their own concept of PHASE 2.
The GOWA family siding with radical ideology groups to get more power, this last step seems very unrealistic, but since they know the true power, that is, summoning Gasaraki, they might want to cooperate.
Let's see what happens with the captain escaping by car.
Miharu wants to help Gowa Captain. But to a certain extent, I imagine because of the limits to which she has to respond and which she believes are insurmountable.
