I really wish Hikaru had just continued to sit on the protagonist's face after falling from the tree (i.e. death by asphyxiation). I liked how she could immediately tell what kind of person the doctor was and how she kept calling him a pervert. And I liked how far away she moved the chair before sitting down. Unfortunately, this enjoyment didn't last; the enjoyment value went down at around the 12 minute mark for me (when the doctor started doing all the sexual stuff). And seeing the feces come out at the end is honestly my least favorite scene so far.

I was just about to say how much I like the episode so far, until he started drinking the pee from the floor. At that exact moment I realised what a big fool I was for thinking this will be the first episode in which I don't feel sick.

He has dominated 4 of them and only two are missing (according to the poster at MAL). This was indeed a hard one. And she was right to accuse him of being hentai (pervert). In the end, it looks like she was totally broken.

On another note, I was so glad there were no shit scenes, but ofc. In the end, they had to include it. This is not Night Shift nurses hentai without a shit scene. Hahaha

Only a few scenes of his loyal slave Ren getting rewarded. I need more sex scenes of her!
I like that detail of Hikaru's asshole reacting as she gives birth to those eggs. Her farting in the process was a nice touch.
Hikaru got ravaged & humiliated so nicely! Damn, she shit a ton toward the end. Was she suffering from constipation or something?
