We all know it the Epic Falcon Punch! Finally after 51 Episodes our promised Punch has been delivered, but now with the actual backstory the punch appears to be less effective than first though! Instead of the extremely powerful punch that blew up half of the galaxy it was actually the Dark Matter Reactor! Oh well Captain Falcon stays epic because he's such a bad ass! Stay strong with a Falcon Punch!

The universe is in disaster and Captain Falcon together with Ryu go to Black Shadow's secret base where the Dark Matter Reactor is and try to destroy it! There Black Shadow is awaiting them and try to get their reactor mites! There is also Haruka that looks like frozen in carbonate or something similar, Ryu first reaches the inside of the core where he fights with Black Shadow! Captain Falcon suddenly drops in when he decides to save Haruka!

They than both return to the core to finish the deal they use all their power to overload the core and finishing it all! This is when the Falcon Punch happens while in the overloading progress of the core it all ends in a total bang therefor the extreme power of the Falcon Punch!

In the ends Captain Falcon is no more but the role of is taken over by Ryu! Ryu finally proposes to Haruka and that also becomes a happy ending! Years pass and Ryu is now Captain Falcon, happily married to Haruka and training Crank as a racer! And what a bit unexpected even Zodan is still there!

In the end this anime was quite amazing especially the last part, the development and quality of these episodes really raised a lot and made the buildup to the final episode really great and amazing for the viewer! The plot was also amazing and the end was just sweet and great! In total one epic anime 8/10!

Perfect last episode. I have always wanted to watch it since I saw some very old video on youtube with Falcon punch scene. Glad I didn't know back then it was almost very end of last episode, lol.
Maybe it had both great and decent episodes but overall it was a good show to watch. Too bad we won't probably see more F-Zero anime :(

Definitely won't be getting another anime. It was quite bizarre Nintendo even attempted to mainstream F-Zero. Looks like they blew their budget and "retired" the franchise altogether! Nothing more than a legend now.

Hilarious. Like there ever was going to be a chance. Every episode would have to be memeable like 51 for this to stand a chance.

4/10. Love F-Zero, but this is the wrong direction to take the franchise.

Man.... 😭
That episode was so full of feels. I don’t care if it’s a kid’s show, I cried 3 TIMES IN THIS EPISODE OKAY. But the time I cried hardest was honestly when we finally got to see Clank all grown up and participating in a race. He really deserved to be there, I literally choked up when he appeared on screen though like it was IMMEDIATE SOBBING.
Also omg!!!! I loved Jack’s little face star thingy!!!!! But I’m just fangirling now. XD
Going back to the main point, yes, overall that episode was SO GOOD!!!! And I loved this series - aside from the fact that it did tend to hinder quite significantly in the quality of animation, this is personally almost the perfect TV show to me. 10/10!!!!!!!! ❤️

This right here, the icing on the cake for this show. All the build ups were worth it for the final sequence and boy did it pay off. Loved this episode and it ended in a satisfying manner i'd say

I watched the first half of the show some months ago. I was a little tired and gave it a rest. I thought it wasn't a good show.
However, the second half was absolutely different. Not even one bad episode since then, good story, good character development, and pretty good ending.

I'm glad this was a great show in the end.

Boy, what a journey! Watching this blind without any spoilers gave the biggest mindfuck to all the 2000's kids at the time. A fairly lighthearted show where death doesn't mean anything for like 90% of it, with Zoda, Falcon and Black Shadow all fake dying at least once. Then suddenly the showrunners grow the balls to kill two of their main characters in the final 8 minutes of the very last episode. Needless to say, it left quite the impression on the fans. Sticking the landing is key with one-off shows like this, and this did not disappoint.

It certainly worked on me at least. That same week I asked my mom for a copy of F-Zero GX and F-Zero GP Legend, and to this day I'm still a huge fan of the series, all thanks to this show. I wouldn't mind seeing them use this setting if we ever get a new game. The Galactic Federation and Dark Million are certainly more interesting than that weird God-belt.

I've seen a few people saying the show sucks after trying to watch it because of some clip of the Falcon Punch on youtube. It's like bro, of course it's gonna be boring, you already spoiled yourself to the whole plot and saw the best part before episode one lmao.

I do have a few issues with how they handled the transition into the ending, namely Deathborn and Don Genie feeling almost scrapped halfway through? Though I imagine they didn't get much of a warning before the show had to end and had to rush a few things. A shame. There's a lot more that could have been explored, and it does leave a lot of questions unanswered. When did Andy meet the previous Falcon? Does Black Shadow know there are multiple Falcons? Did he kill the previous one? How does the time travel work when the only reason Ryu is able to be in the present to defeat Black Shadow is because Zoda got created and sent back in time by Shadow specifically to kill Ryu? And how does that affect Falcon? Did Andy meet Falcon after getting blown up by Zoda, or had he already gotten the title by that point?

Anyway, I'm just glad Haruka got her happy ending. I'm off to play F-Zero Climax.
