| My only issue was that when i read this chapter in the manga and saw they lost i felt more sorry for Kuroko and Kagami but this was lost due to the music being played over the montage bit at the very end. Apart from that it was great as always! |

 Never would have thought that would be the outcome. I guess Im alright with it being handled like a glorified AMV Kid Aomine was pretty awesome, so skilled, and Kuroko's determination was great, perfect for a lead. |

| Wow, to be honest art sucked in this episode :/ so disappointed.In some moments Kagami's head was like so small, and body so big.Crooked faces and body's everywhere.I'm actually surprised by this, since most of KnB episodes had amazing animation and everything + budget should be very high looking at sales.Weird. Well, if i would ignore things i mentioned above, i could say episode was really good.Im so glad they lost.And not because i dislike them, it's because loosing in shounens is really original.They will learn more, and be stronger later.And well, everyone know they didnt stand a chance.I would hate it if they would win with some sudden- powerup. 3/5 |

| Naw im glad they lost bad. Aomine put Kuroko in his damn place. He always talk about not giving up but yet he didnt improve since middle school. So he should blame himself. He kept doing the same thing over and over he must really thought Aomine was naive. Episode was good because Aomine put Kuroko in his place. I said it many times but Kurorko need to learn how to dribble and do lay ups until then i will have no respect for him as a basketball player. The animation on Aomine moves are ok but Buzzer Beater animation with bball moves was a lot better. They have pretty shitty spirits as a team. Every game they get all scared then all of a sudden they do what all shounens do in fights power up except it didnt work this time. LOL Anybody that reads the manga can you send me a pm to let me know if Kurorko learns how to do at least basic dribbles or lay ups? |

| I love this episode. Of-course i didn't like how they lost or how Aomine looked down on Kuroko's play. This also means, Kuroko and Seirin will get stronger. I am curious about what Akashi said about kuroko~ I really do hope they are going to have a season 2...or how else we'll see the winter cup! Can't wait for next episode :) |

| I didn't expect to lose, but I would be boring is they always won. Next episode will introduce a new character, will the remaining episodes be about the next cup and about winning from Aomine or will it be about other stuff too. I'm looking forward to more. |

| This episode wasn't exactly the best. Not horrible, but ok. Not down-grading cause they lost, just cause it wasn't as exciting or suspenseful as the previous ones, probably cause the lose seemed pretty predictable >< But Teppei's finally here!! ^^ When are Murasakibara and Akashi going to come out though? ;-; |
| Definetely didn't need the montage at the end. A rather poor way of finishing this match, I think. Other than that, it was a good episode. And they certainly would've won if "Can Do" would've been the song at the end. |D |

| Oh, my God, this episode was fantastic. Even more intense than the previous. I read the manga and I knew what was going to happen, but it was so much better than I thought XD But the preview made me happy. We're gonna have Teppei the next episode <3 |

| Probably the worst episode so far. I found myself laughing at dramatic moments and just mocking the anime by now. I agree with Kuchenlight, the montage at the end was just ... bad. They could've found a better way to show their defeat (which is the one thing I appreciated about this). Though I have to wonder how Kise didn't pull any of Aomine's moves in his own game, he seems to have had plenty of time to learn them. But omg little Aomine, just ... *fangirl* |

| It was an expected loss. Tops for Seirin for having much hope in the last few minutes. :D Aomine's childhood! He's so cute all smiling and such. I really like the way he's being animated, or maybe it's just me but I find it really awesome. Haven't read the manga so I have no idea who the guy in the preview is, but I believe he has a role to play in the series. lol I don't know why, but just a random thought: Kuroko's much fair-skinned and has a lighter shade of blue for his hair right? and Aomine's darker and has a darker shade of blue for his hair. Then the role of the "light" and "shadow" comes into play. lol. |

| I hate Aomine. Its true that the only thing Kuroko can do is pass, but that's exactly what's good about him. His passes have helped Seirin High win many times, so I wouldn't demean it so easily. I have no idea if he's improved or not, since I have no idea how he played in the past, but that's exactly why Kagami is his light. Anyways, to Aomine, no one must really improve at all, since he's invincible and all. His skills seem to grow at a faster pace, that no one would be able to catch up. To him it must look as though everyone is stuck been mediocre. I mean seriously, the gap between him and anybody seems to be huge. They might of lost, but I'm glad Kuroko and Seirin never gave up. He may have a low stamina, but he tries because he loves basketball. I'd rather be in Seirin High any day, then with the other people. P.S: I actually liked the montage.. |

| This episode was overall not as impressive as last week's and the animation kind of faltered at points, but if anything I loved how determined Kuroko was up until the end. Also, it looks like the mysterious Seirin team member from the OP will finally be introduced in the next episode. :3 I can't wait! |

| The only thing I didn't like about this episode was that there was to many still shots. The quality was also a little low, but I can over look that. The best part about these past two episodes were watching Aomine play. Even if you don't like him, you got to admit that he is a beat. Now I have to wait another week so I can finally see Teppei!! He is my favorite character |
| Another great episode. Really pissed to see Seirin lose like that. Touou is just way too good. Aomine though, he's on a whole new level. That guy is an unstoppable beast, like holy shit! He can even catch Kuroko's ignite passes. Great to see coach Riko noticed that Kagami's not using his injured leg and taking all the weight on his other leg. Best part was when the OP song played as an insert, that was so awesome. Loved it when all of Seirin didn't give up, now that's what I call great sportsman ship and spirit. They got thrashed immensely though, 112 - 55. D: Next episodes, I so wanna see Kuroko/Kagami kick Aomine's ass, srsly. >=D |

| And I was waiting for this super amazing miracle to happened but It didn't happen :/ I'm upset about the results, but I admit, I was cheering for Aomine -___- He's so coool *O* It's just too one-sided, but of course ! | Something about this episode was a bit off. The manga… had WAY more emotion in it. And actually, I don't think Aomine was portrayed correctly. In the manga he wasn't quite so much of an asshole. It was just not quite as emotional as the manga was and that kinda saddens me because I love this series so much. It was a great episode in itself. I was really upset that they didn't have "Your basketball works best with me" in this episode. Like, VERY upset. That quote is one of my favorites of Aomine and I'm really sad that they didn't have it. This episode didn't hold the same "they know everything about each other" that the manga did. It didn't seem that Aomine and Kuroko really knew each other when they know each other the best. I love the episode, just a little disappointed that one of my favorite matches wasn't portrayed how I thought it would be. But YAY, Teppei! |

I get what you're saying. I also felt way more despair from this match in the manga. I think what ruined it was the ending clips with the opening song playing along with them. It was more kind of lol because that song is too hype for an emotional moment like that loss. Should have had a nice, sad instrumental piece playing instead. Whoever was in charge of that montage and OP song combo just please...no. What they REALLY should have done should have been the BG music they use for the very beginning before the opening. It's a beautiful piece and it would have worked a lot better for the emotion. |

| A defeat! Well deserved one and also to a character that's good enough to win against Kuroko/Kagami combination. Aomine is now officially on my favorites list, that guy is simply too good to be left out. Also, it seems he respected Kuroko for his basketball but wanted to see him improve more. I really can't wait to see the rematch which is going to happen, sooner or later, Kuroko probably with some "upgrades". Aomine looks like a guy who just wants a challenger, someone he can acknowledge, so I can't really hate him for his arrogance. However, he also doesn't seem like someone who necessarily wants an opponent who can outscore him, just someone who can outplay him, hence his respect for Kuroko. I love this show and everything about it. Can't wait for more and I really hope there's a 2nd season and if what people say about good sales are true it's probably going to happen. Great, this one deserves it. |
| This is the first time i rated an episode of kuroko no basket 3/5 because honestly, i don't like this episode. Seirin has been crushed by aomine's team and they're rejoicing while seirin is sad because of their loss T__T And also Aomine mocked kuroko!!!! (NO OFFENSE IT'S JUST MY OPINION!) |
