So Mikage died from illness and Matsunaga just made up the fake letter and made himself believe in that lie.

After the credits seven years later it looks like Nao-chan and Matsunaga got married and had a child.

6/10 decent watch to pass some time.

The best episode of the series. It just seemed to pass a little too fast to get emotionally involved with the characters, I'll have to consider whether to go with a 5 or a 6. Not a bad way to spend the time waiting for current shows to be posted. Did it really take 12 years for this to be subbed?

I'll consider the 4 since these episodes never really did anything besides giving off a tearful good bye. Did they also make love or something? I'll assume so.

The love triangle itself feels awkward and doesn't make much sense either. If this had been a full one cour show, it could of been better.

I initially thought that little girl was Mikage with her physical age and life being lived backwards much like Benjamin Button.

It was a rather random move by the studio to not specifically show the wife at the end, though she is without a doubt Nao.

So Yoshihiro and Nao got married and had a kid after 7yrs.

I was disgusted by the fact Nao was confessing to him while she is telling him about his dead boyfriend. It came of like she was using using the tragedy to get with him or was using him to get over it. It didn't come off as romance to me, just people using each other to get over their previous spouses. Nao most all came out as a whore to be blunt the way she threw herself on Yoshihiro, and Yoshihiro wasn't a real man by taking advantage of her grief and didn't even say he loves her. He slept with her without any romantic feelings and that meant he continued so until. This wasn't romance just some lame drama.

It was all over the place and the characters were obnoxious to me, most of all not memorable. What about characters like Shizuku, the ponytail guy and the red haired girl, what was their purpose to the story? Why include them like they had a significance when you discarded them like that, and as for the beach girl Mikage I don't wanna start. The writer lacks so much skill and sucks, used fan service to justify his mediocre writing.

2/10 is my rating

I was pleasantly surprised by this, since it's based on a eroge visual novel and was made by Pink Pineapple (a studio that primarily does hentai, and who's other non-hentai work I have seen has been dreadful.) I was expecting it to be horrible but I really liked it. To the people that hated it, I'd say watch it again once you are a bit older. Though I will say one thing bothered me, what happened to the jealous boy that was trying to start trouble? He kinda just disappeared as if he never existed this episode.

I personally liked the episode before this one a bit better, this ending felt a bit messy, I still enjoyed it though.

This was good actually. And a nice conclusion and epilogue

Gotta show respect to the stand-alone-old-school-OVA animes.
