Summary:
Shiro, the brother, is in the hospital with the sister, Koyori, and is wondering if he could use the game to make her regain consciousness, when 2 of her classmates come to visit. One of them is a male named Kiryuu Megumi. Meanwhile, another victim, seemingly another player of the game, is made to die by falling down from a high floor of the hospital. Shiro and Megumi hear the scream, and go outside to check. The victim was trying to tell Shiro something, but her jaw was broken. Shiro used the game to fix her jaw, and she says "Help me. It... wasn't... me." Megumi witnesses Shiro using the game, and he himself used the game to immobilize Shiro.

Interesting chapter.

I highly doubt Megumi is the "Miyavi" player. Might be a new ally or friendly rival.
Otherwise, he could kill Shiro right now and end the story.

Assuming Miyavi is the killer, and he's the person who approached the recent victim before her death around page 18, then we have a hint about his identity. He's wearing dress shoes and black pants, just like the school uniform that Shiro and Megumi are wearing.

So Miyavi is probably another male student who goes to the same school as them.
