| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow, "An Honest Onpu" is such a horrible title; it's like admitting that she's a total fake in all the media she partakes in. Still the episode was heartwarming when Hana helped the cleaning lady and I am glad that Onpu accepted the job that she did. Onpu sure is an amazing grade schooler though. |

She's not so much faking it, as it is that she's not being her true self whenever she has a photo shoot. She gives herself the image of a mature idol, but she's still child in all aspects and as it turns out, people like it more when she's being honest (a recurring theme throughout the whole 4 seasons iirc). Hana basically held up a mirror in front of Onpu and showed her that being herself is not so bad after all. |

| ^ I agree. When some celebrities take themselves too seriously is very typical for them to portray a certain image only. This was a very nice episode. |
| I'm disappointed at how this show can't find anything for Momoko to do, continuing her anemic showing from the third series. Here she seems to finally get some spotlight as she's the only one who goes after Hana right away, but then she doesn't do anything. I think maybe they just couldn't manage a fifth main character. |
| I expected Hana to do something like that thing with the wig. Onpu is not my favorite Ojamajo, but her episodes are always really good. |
