| It's a joke. The guy is a pretty fucked up dude to be sleeping around (and technically taking advantage of) with someone belonging in a mental ward. |
| He's pretty much taking advantage of her. He already knows what the problem is but doesn't want to solve it in fear the personality he likes might disappear. |
| Yeah, he knows about the split but has yet to approach his mentor. Though it's not only that he doesn't want the adult side to disappear, he's also considering whether to simply remove the child side which afflicts her or let it be. Keeping it to himself is not the way to go, though. |
