| might even be the entity that governs all the power users. he seemed to imply that he could take their power if he wanted to. he seems to casually borrow anybody's power just by touching them. also the fact that he has the ability to grant and take life is a bit suspect. |

| having read it again, "that which watches" said "the me over there" meaning that he is probably split into multiple pieces all over the shinyuchi's. he is probably even more powerful than the land gods. this manga might pick up again since its been really slow lately. or it might just end seeing as some long running manga have been ending and some in a lame way. |
