Yes. I did watch this episode.
Yes. I am still watching the series.
Yes. Keeping in mind this is a children's series.

There's an (official?) Youtube channel with English subtitles if you wanna follow most of the series. However, only a handful is kept and the newest ones only lasts for 45 days.

This first episode is sure to cause a lot of eye brows to raise too often you'll pull a muscle. If you are familiar to the "Shin-chan" series, then this should be right up your alley with its ridiculous level of crude. Ass-olutely! (Is this what "Shin-chan" would have been when it's more artsy? lol)

The running gag is made up of word puns and mashups -- some too difficult to translate into English. And the translation in the YT channel's subtitles are inaccurate. In this episode: the word from their lexicon is "tomodaCHInko" -- so my best translation would've been "buddink" or "buddick" ("buddy" and "dick"). The Youtube channel's subtitles calls it "wiener friends" somehow. (Ugh! Seriously?)

This is where the humor REALLY gets bizarre. The "tomodachinko" running gag has the MC grabbing his friends' hand and forces them to touch his crotch. (Yes, you heard me. WTF?) And what the hell is with the tongue-licking involving the daddy?? I guess it supposed to be a made-up regional thing like rubbing noses or pecks on the cheeks. (Or does that have something to do with turtles in some way?) THAT GAG DID NOT AGED WELL.

So... this episode is more of a warning of what's more to come. Although, it wouldn't be as insane as this episode, and there would be more supporting characters down the road. VERY dated humor. Yeah ... don't overanalyze when watching this series. Try watching other episodes instead to get a better idea of all of this absurdity. The first episode went too much too hard imo.

* Ultra strict school with a teacher from hell.
* Ultra spoiled kid, Chama, arrives from an ultra rich empire.
* The dad is soooo burly!
* Chama likes turtles.
* Poor Kakino having to endure the Obo's living lifestyle -- and bribes and offerings.
* The Chama word-of-the-day segment is so cringe!
* A physical exam? Shots?? Protective undies???
