| Hah, finally Mira meets a beast foe that almost rivals her in terms of raw power. Shame that Fenrir followed the good ole game troop of "strong foe became a weakened version of themselves as an ally". Floor 1-6 of the Ancient Underground City is just one big repetition loop which makes for an uninteresting read but should be worthwhile when the manga gets to this arc. Getting into a contract with the mansion spirit is basically an adventurer's cheat-code and also getting Martel who basically governs all flora too??? Gosh dang Mira gained very powerful allies in just this one dungeon rush. The Machina Guardian is undoubtably Mira's strongest enemy to date, should be interesting how she and Soul Howl plan to take it down next volume |
