Ok so if Kado never has any fun doing any of this then why? Why do so far to make a good movie? What is his motivation? He'd go as far as making his actors suffer just for one good scene. He's crazy and a genius. There's a fine line between genius and madness of course but even if he's so talented and all being able to recruit this many people etc why? Also how will Daisuke be able to compete? By himself against a mad genius with way more resources and people?
As shown in this chapter the most he could do was go around handing out water bottles.
I guess maybe his style will attract a wider audience. Kado can make great films that convey emotions to the audience but Daisuke might be able to win due to producing a movie with wider appeal while not being a masterpiece. Daisuke could be making something like Demon Slayer while Kado is making Vinland Saga or something. Still, I honestly can't see right now how Daisuke can possibly hope to compete with Kado.
