As it's finally out now in print, what did everyone think of the first volume?

Loved it. Very painful and dramatic, sometimes lighthearted, and a strong enough characterization while tackling a delicate matter, which is important. There are opposing viewpoints as expected from the premise, and I think the author did a pretty good job at handling both sides.

And that ending is just unfair man lol I'm really looking forward to the next volume!

@FearlockS I saw your review on twitter too, nice! I really agree on all counts, it's both painful and real, but also still hard to stop reading, and has a lot of lighter stuff too. It's a really delicate balance. I really can't wait for Vol2...

@minmod Hey, thanks! The author really did a good job balancing both heavy and light stuff, yeah. I also can't wait for the next volume, until that I will read the author's other works lol
