@zxcvb321 Hi there, I'm ok with fillers that help us better understand the character/story. Don't see how the arrogant shijie doing her sword training while thinking of her hard2get man is necessary. Or is this S2 steering attention to a romance between MC and the shijie? If so, i'll be very disappointed cos isn't he supposed to do whatever it takes to wake up his beloved??? Does that mean she won't be reborn?

I'd rather they fill the time with the defunct sect leader, the fortune-teller and his "granddaughter", his ex buddy or even the little monkey since he drank that precious water... or even the fish man.

@AnastasiaWun Nobody cares about British puritanical world view. Their museum is full of stolen goods such as Kohinur, but they talk big about morality . Plenty of successful age gap couples are out there.
My mom and dad have 10+ age gap, they're happy family still now.
My grandpa grandma -> same.
