Damn, it was a hassle to watch this episode. I had to download it and then upload it to YouTube, and I had to use an auto-translation extension to generate subtitles. I was able to understand most of the episode. There was lots of interesting stuff about amphibious tanks I haven't read about yet.

Yeah, Japanese tanks sucked. Even their light tanks were slower compared to US/Soviet medium tanks. They just didn't have the resources, and the stronger tanks they managed to develop came too late.

Interesting stuff about Type 2 Ka-Mi we saw in the movie. The IJN were able to use them with limited success. They also admitted that the US was more ingenious regarding amphibious tank design.

I noticed several scenes here that weren't used in the movie. Interesting.
