| The theme of Hina's deck dropping your max defence is kinda OP since you're basically on a timer. After this episode I feel really bad for Ren being paired as Hina's rival. Hina feels way too out of her league. Next week is finally the brother showdown. I figured we would get Shion v Runecraft guy first so this is a surprise. Shion is probably after Subaru so we'll get Itsuki and Light's fights last. |
| TBH, I think Hina's a bit TOO into her villain act... She isn't obsessed in wanting to be like Butterfly Queen, she's actually obsessed in trying to hate Heroes as much as she can, cause she's associating her parents as heroes that think whatever they're making Hina do is right (cause they're helicopter parents). Especially since Butterfly Queen (from what we've seen), has actual "justice", "justice for evil" and isn't purely random and doesn't actually hate the "hero"... which means Hina isn't actually copying the actual Butterfly Queen's ideals at all. Hina's basically a "Fake". So in this battle, Ren is actually the "right one". . Which as I was rooting for Hina has now changed to rooting for Ren. (too bad Ren's deck isn't that strong against Defense decreasing effects). |
