Apart from valid criticism like the main dude is a legitimate failure of a human being along with the most annoying waifus, I still had dumb fun watching it. Now, I haven't tried to watch Season 2 because I figured it would soon degrade my perception of the show it is, so I stopped before diving further into the madness.

I’d say season 2 is frankly when some of the better parts of the series start to come out and the arc that is going to be covered in season 3 is going be genuinely good.

Then, hopefully the studio will decide to make an anime original ending after season 3 and spare it from the dumpster fire train wreck massacre that comes after that in the manga

Imo rent a girlfriend season 1 and 2 are both just dumb fun. But the content thst will be covered in season 3 when it comes out will actually be good and have some pretty high emotional moments. But after that It just keep getting worse and worse to the point where it’s not dumb fun anymore. It’s just dumb.

I liked season 1, I didn't think it was that bad, but I did see it right before season 2 came out, but season 2 was just the same as season 1 so I dropped it.
Am I gonna watch season 3? Yes, I'll watch the first 2 episodes and probably move on.
RaG does have good Op and Ed, imo

This just makes you patient. The show isn’t bad by itself it just avoid’s the best possible way of adreassing a story about being a loser. (That being Development and learning)

On the other hand some of the characters are well written.

Honestly I have fun watching this show even though its real trashy. I think thats what makes it entertaining. It will never be my favorite anything and I’ll never recommend it, but its a great time when your bored

I really enjoyed season 1 and hoped it would go somewhere good with character development but I'm disappointed by season 2 and what I've heard about where the story goes from Manga readers. I'll probably just leave it at watching season 1 and forget the rest exists.
