| Yes, the whole "everything gets solved in the last second so they can perform" is a cliché, but I couldn't help but smile. Even Daiki helped them out. Predictable, but still enjoyable. Also, Rin/Lin is adorable when he's cranky. |

| There are a lot of things that UniteUp does that sets it apart from a few other boy idol shows such as the focus on the roots of our Protostar characters and some things it does similar, such as the typhoon plot which I actually wish it didn't do as just the drama with these MyTubers finally having an unveiling was enough drama already although the show is heavily geared towards warm fuzzy feelings so it's not like they would have got hate. Still this is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite episode since we got everyone working together for Protostars unveiling. I also love Kacchan coming back and being helpful, personally the scene with Akira asking him to come to the concert was the cutest thing, it feels so real and relatable too (asking your best friend or boyfriend to see you do something). Overall just the most warmest comfortable experience ever and the excitement from fans was similar to my own feelings, you just want these boys to succeed. |

| I'm so glad they were able to perform at the end...well, even though we probably saw it all coming. xD But!! What is up with that lame group name? I mean, we have legit and JAXX/JAXX....but for the new group, ProtoStar? Sounds like Produce Star! Or Product Star! Ugh. *facepalm* I'm sure they could have come up with a better name. Still, the song was so good. Really liked this episode....besides the group name. Oh and the outfits...the outfits were a little cringe. ^^ |
