This episode made Miruki become the top character. She works, her knowledge is incredible, and she can analyze people.

Milky Lemon was the best duo hands down. Best song of all 4 duos.

On the surface, maybe, but if you consider the characters' point of view, they managed to pull it off without getting in each other's way. Remember, Miruki never wanted to do "this duo thing" in the first place, plus, she doesn't really like Lemon all that much (or anyone elsem for that matter). Miruki was, and still is convinced that she doesn't need anyone (whether or not her father is an exception has yet to be seen...). When "that" thing happened to them after the performance, it was only really because of the fact that "Milky Lemon" (a pun that doesn't translate very well to English) are total opposites who have absolutely nothing in common. This episode also subverts the "sweet and sour" idea because Lemon is more sweet than she realizes while Miruki isn't sweet or sour. The only "flavor" she has is that artificial flavor known as her fake cute image.

In short, while it may look like it on the surface, nothing about Miruki has changed. At all. She's more than likely glad that that whole duo thing is all over. For this reason, and with all due respect, Miruki is anything but the "top" character. If anything, Matsuri, and Myamu are the "top" characters; especially Matsuri. In the meantime, next week's episode is all about Achihiko Omega, who is pretty much confirmed to be a bad guy at this point...

Solid episode this week. I thought the mini-arc of build-up to Miruki and Lemon's performance was the weakest of the three duos, but now I think their performance turned out to be the best of the three, and it was a great way to cap off this duo PriMagi arc.

The preview for next week looks kind of ominous though.

You do realize this person can still like her as a character right.

I wasn’t attacking anyone’s opinion, and I apologize to BlichoBoy if saying that Miruki wasn’t the “top” character made it sound that way. The point I was trying to make was that Miruki still isn’t what she appears to be, despite what it looks like to Lemon.

Oh My God! Lemon is so awesome especially her performance! VA Anna Suzuki is really one of a kind when it comes to singing!!!
just like what Mirukui-dono said to Lemon: "Out of all the PriMagi Superstars, your singing stands out the most." Which is for me a FACT!
5/5.
