| Thanks to Haku's planning, the invasion didn't go exactly as planned. His forces were prepared to defend from the start. Pretty incredible how much charisma he has as a leader. On the other hand, this whole conflict is still far from over so everyone had better be prepared for the future. |

| Maroro is such a pain and hypocritical . When the general he works for kill civilians is okay, but if the defending army kill their soldiers is horrible. Oshtor should had executed him,just to be safe. Well at least Dekopoop is dead, with his secretary. |

I love Utawarerumono and i've played the trilogy through 100% completion but this anime doesn't do it any justice. They have cut off so many things and the animation and coloring all looks so bad.
I'm done with this show. |
| Atui battle maniac is always fun. She's sounding like Rory Mercury at the Battle of Italica. Oof on that CGI Filling the gate with rocks is a pretty great idea Hahaha shit talking the narcissistic Dekopompo is genius too Getting Ougi to laugh is a new one Atui just came! With Hearts in her eyes Haku going for brutality. Lighting everything on fire. Some true terror. Should've listened to Mororo earlier Yaktowalt: this is bad! Atui: this is cool! Yes. Kick the big monster. Lol Fuckin owned lol there's the end of Dekopompo Well. That was pretty simple to kill. Maroro is pretty sharp. Seeing though Ukon pretty simple. Haku having to throw away all his friendships is pretty brutal Pretty good episode but they are moving at light speed to get through this stuff. As always the OP and ED for this franchise is are fucking bangers. Can't even try to skip them. Haku is truly walking down the path of carnage. |
| Atui's love for battle is always great and she actually delivers in game, one of my favorite units, pretty mobile and hits like a nuke. |
| My poor boi Maroro... Def feels too fast but again such is the fate of these adaptations. I don't think the fans will be happy about it but hopefully it serves as an introduction for the new fans who are interested. |
| Maroro is just broken now, he really loved Haku, but couldn't see him standing in front of him. This slaughter was some Braveheart level ownage. I'm surprised the anime is going well. I always forget the names of the characters. |
| I feel bad for Maroro, poor guy. And Haku can't say anything about it. Haku was brutal when he defeated the other army. At least Dekoponpo's luck ran out. |

| I love this drastic change in Haku's personality, it's interesting how determined he has become. And it's about time Dekopompo got killed, and in such a pathetic way at that. Although the reason why a huge untamed beast was waiting calmly in a crate when it could wipe out all those troops in a second at any time remains a mystery lol. The pacing feels much better this season. I hope they won't come back to making boring SoL episodes cuz we've already had a fuckton of those in season 2. |
| My only two complaints about this episode is the intro showing Nekone crying without giving us the reason and how that beast was killed. It doesn't give a proper explanation as to why the binding plus everyone's attacks managed to slice that monster's armor. They could have said the twins' spell lowers one defense or anything. |
