I noticed the subs say "episode 1" at the start of the episode, however, Bilibili labeled it as episode 14 on their YouTube channel so I'm not sure?

Bilibili sometimes merging their animes' episodes. For example, like Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki. On Bilibili, the second part is merged with the first part as 14th episode, 15th episode, and so on. Although MAL, and maybe also AniList separate them.

Also, for this Xiao Mo Tou Baolu La!, i think from the so-called 14th episode, they already released a new cover image. And also, on that new cover, we can see the logo is showing 小魔头暴露啦! 2 (Xiao Mo Tou Baolu La! 2) as we can see on https://anilist.co/anime/146552/Xiao-Motou-Baolu-La-2/.

Well, MAL is always slow when it comes to updating chinese animations.
