| Volume 5, Chapter 1: This was an interesting perspective of space combat from a Battle-Line ship. It's ability to shoot mines is impressive, but it is otherwise useless in combat. The fact it had to be abandoned when it was undamaged just because it was so slow shows its major flaw. This was a good chapter to show just how desperate the situation is for the Abhs. It is pretty ridiculous that Battle-line ships would be in such an exposed position in the first place, but its narrative strength is much more than the questionable logic of their deployment. |
