Man, the lighting of this episode and series overall is so bad.

Well, the episode still pushes the grim atmosphere of the anime to the top with Shigure being in the middle of it. Looks like they threw a crowd of enemies at Shigure and the squad because...well, it's almost the final episode and they needed a more serious challenge. To me, it's a chessy way of selling the plot at this point but whatever. Only one more episode till the anime is over anyway.

For the most part, Shigure has always been kept dormant, that is until now when Commander Vera needs him to do a sacrifical duty to protect the fused triangle for a fitting finale.

The events that transpired out of Shigure is nothing but the same constant repeat through time, except that now it acts as premonition to act ahead before anyone does figure out. But the execution of "show, not tell" here really just hurts the experience for the entirety of the show, especially when a show like this desperately NEEDS exposition to understand what's going on.

Hayden makes the puzzle a lot more clearer, and rather, Shigure just went straight for EL-Cee for the best case scenario just to cut short of that whole "beating around the bush" process.

At least we now know the link between Vera, EL-Cee and the organization meant to steal her away, but then again, there's just no saving whatever this show has left anymore.

One more episode to go, and then this is all finally over...good riddance on this show being so wishy-washy.

Eh episode like always with this show. I'll be happy with it being finished next week. Shigure seems to have Subaru's return by death power xD.

There was no lack of fights and movement in this episode, I don't know how the rhythm of the outcome of this anime is going.

This anime took way too long to get somewhat interesting even though there are still so many mysteries and next week it will be over. God forbid this pacing, character development and lighting, that's not a way to sell your game.

At the very least we now know (sort of) why the opening was seizure-enducing. The reason is not that justifiable though.

This new Re:Zero season is quite different from past ones. lol
Anyway, it's super ironic this really got better halfway through while Takt Op got worse and worse with such a MAJOR WTF ending.

Looking forward to how Subaru Shigure solves the loop in the last ep.

Some white haired woman again granted Subaru RBD apparently. There were bunch of hints equating Vera=LC so far, so ok it's not a redherring.
Quite more action animated, and mc get slight progress each time.
Villain team just want to destroy the world? such lame motive com'on the plot had more potential than that.

If only Shigure could kill Hayden and the kid, things would've been a lot easier.

One episode left but still a lot of things are unanswered like why El-Cee is so special and stuff.

Ikr. It sounds vicious but if Shigure had killed Hayden at the first place when he had the opportunity at the village then things will be easier. Or if they just killed the kid while the kid was not paying attention, it would saved a lot f time
