It seems like Kiichi docrtrinated that official there in the jail and pass on his legacy....oh well.

That was a sweeter end than I thought, would be better if they were also just subtle about Eiji's state than voicing it out.

Well I guess this is the end. It was a solid read easily 7/10, I never got hooked up but most of the time plot was quite captivating.

I don't think that ''falling off'' is the right word for the latest few 10-20 chapters. The translation just ruined my enjoyment for a bit. Waiting for chapters, sometimes a week, sometimes a monht but it managed to capative my heart for sure. The whole journey of Eji and the girl (forgot her name). Anyway, a beautiful epilogue chapter. Seems like everyone's doing well after a few years. I must say, the art was seriously amazing. Panels were great and overall story was well thought. An insane amount of plot twists here and there kept me reading this manga. 9/10

And so with that epilogue, this amazing series has been concluded. Rarely do you see these type of series being good during its whole run. Really good and interesting characters, really good villains, really good mistery, really good ending.Overall, a really good story.

A ride to remember. Seems like Eiji and B1's personalities have merged which makes me wonder what will happen when Kyoka when she gets out and sees that Eiji that saved her still dwells withing that body.

Author did a great job for his first seinen serialization and i hope we see his talent on display again since he moved to a more popular magazine !

"Good things never happen to me" huh, welp that's about to change.

One of the very, very few stories that actually sticks the landing.
I am glad I've read it.

Finally finished, stumbled completely randomly and it was a really worth find. Definitely enjoyed the read, last chapters were a bit weird, but pretty decent ending.

Felt a bit weird by the end(probably because of an irregular translation schedule). But overall pretty great. Insane plot twists and one of my favourite antagonist-waifus. 8.5/10

So in the end, Kyouka remain unsaved? Then whats the point of her survival from those attempted murder??

Cant believe it was really the end...

That random friend dude got the scene and pannels than Kyouka for the epilogue that was supposed to be one of the main character of this manga...

Honestly, I dont know what am I supposed to feel at this point, I was happy and surprised by the fact that Kyouka survive (though it was really impossible) with her mega plot armour, then, in the end, she was still the same as before, she was still unsaved and will never be... would much better if she died at that previous page if in the end the author wont give justice to her character...

I have only one thing to say...This deserves an anime adaptation. I mean for me personally this was one of the best thriller suspense manga I have read which got me hooked from the start till the end by all the plot twists it had which kept me on edge all the time like I was watching sherelock Holmes🔥🔥. Definetly recommending others to give this a try❤️❤️.

Am I the only one who is disappointed? It started out great, but kept going downhill till the end after the whole dissociative identity disorder thing was revealed. Despite that, I'd say I was a page turner, and I binged the entire thing in one day. 6/10.
It is shocking to find how many people do not believe they can learn, and how many more believe learning to be difficult.

Just binged the entire series in a day and I'll have to say that although the ending wasn't disappointing, the final chapter felt somewhat underwhelming to me. The panel with Kyouka staring into the towering wall was just really depressing to me and I would've preferred the author alluding a brighter future for her considering her chaotic upbringing. Also, the deceased officer pair could've received a closure more befitting of their impactful role in the story instead of such a demoralizing end with no follow-up flashbacks or legacy. They were arguably the most tragic couple I've encountered in a fictional story with one diverting from societal norms with their homosexual orientation & the other getting unrequited love for that very reason yet still willing to sacrifice everything he has to shield her from societal oppression (I'm still not completely sure if his love for her was that of romantic interest or parental love of a caring senior towards his subordinate, although I'm leaning towards the former). Aside from that, it was a good read and one of my favorite series for sure.

Wow. Just...wow. This had me hooked from the very beginning. I don't think I've ever read a series this fast before. Felt like there was a plot twist almost every chapter and I just couldn't put it down. The suspense and dread I felt at certain moments was unreal. Truly an amazing story with one of the best written MCs I've seen in a while. 9/10

Nah, I think it's a fitting ending for her. After getting saved from her childhood "prison", she just had to go and kill people (yes, I also include her father) when she could have lived a clean life. Now she's thrown back into another prison. She brought it upon herself.

Unfortunately I didn't write a breakdown of the manga after completing it,
but it was disappointing how very flawed and lackluster it was in the end.
I feel like a lot of things were illogical or poorly established if I remember right. I think some of the plots and events were a bit dull as well.

Incredible art and concept, but it failed to execute. Somewhat acceptable though. 5/10.

Solid ending, which is rare for a manga of this type. The first few chapters of this manga were kind of off-putting but it kept getting better and better. B1 taking over was when this manga started to get really good for me. I'll say that story was pretty good, although I do feel like there were a few twists too many by the end (Mainly the subplot about his sister and her need for revenge. I get that its supposed to highlight the vicious cycle of vengeance and hatred but it still felt a bit unnecessary). I felt like the manga did a great job tying up all of its loose ends and giving a cohesive story.

I'm glad Eiji seems to be happy and trying to move on (although I do wish we got to see him and Rei together). The ending also made me feel bad for Kyoko. I mean, I know she killed Youko and deserves to serve time for what she did but damn, the final panel of her that we get is just her world being restricted to a confined space again. That's just depressing as hell, especially considering the hell she went through and also because Eiji legitimately wanted to save her and make her happy.

Overall, a pretty good manga.

In volume 9 makes B1 a roadtrip with his anothers personality 's pal. He talks in the whole Volume 10 on a dinning table with his stepfather. In the last volume its court hearing with his ex. What a story.

It has flaws? Yes it has, but almost every manga has flaws, even the greatest, but this one manages to be entertaining and as good as an entertaining police-like thriller story can be within the limitations of the genre. Enjoyable, including the usage of plot twists and constant ties between characters and events, with some emotional edge to it that was just a nice additional. Like i said, it is a worthwile thriller and it is one wth a better payoff, which is something thrillers often fail to have by the end (even if this one wasnt great neither). Now that i think about it, after some time after reading, it isnt as good as i thought but still nice. Best thing about it is how tied everything is (even weakly so in the case of the sister), so i dont judge purely because on the gimmicks the author used as a negative, because it is quite nice how the story is this whole cluster of tied and related coincidences, incidents and events, i liked the structure of it.

The volumes and chapters went by very quick (i read it in one day and a half). I would say the best part of it is that as a whole it served well what it intended. It is a genre that is hard to do well and it did well despite setting itself into a corner where there wasnt much that could be done.

Overall? Recomended.

A terrible mystery, a decent thriller.

Even in the tiny scale of the manga author managed to fail at creating something without it being riddled with plotholes along with the general shift between stupidity/smartness of the characters whenever it's required. Most main characters didn't even feel human, they felt more as tools to convey story. Tools which conveniently get skills they need to progress the story.

A 6/10 for the thriller bits I guess, if you choose to look past countless flaws and illogical designs then there is some fun to be had. Some murder art was pretty well done too, would recommend the artist to try working on guro genre instead.

I started reading because of the author's beautiful style, but I got caught up in the countless mysteries that the manga presents.

I wish I took the time to write a full breakdown review of how this failed with great potential. 5/10.
I completed this in March 1, 2022, and vaguely remember how maybe somewhat dull the first plots are, but worse, how there was little to no setup to how the heroine was also a crazy split personality individual or whatever. The whole buildup of events and how it lead to the ending was so poorly executed.

Incredible art, and intriguing premise, but bad delivery and finale. This manga is grossly overrated.
