Isshiki is an absolute freak and psychopath for even using Boruto in his twisted battle. Even Sasuke didn't see it coming.

On the other hand, it was kinda heartwarming to see Kurama talk to Naruto like the old days. We need more moments between them this season for some nostalgia.

Welp, it looks like Kawaki is here as Isshiki ordered him to. But, to Isshiki's surprise, Kawaki had some plans of his own. To think, Kawaki is ready to even die for Naruto shows his resolve and love towards Naruto. Things definitely got really tense in between. Not gonna say anything. LOL

But, in the end, it was cool to see Naruto and Kurama having a heart-to-heart with each other. That was quite wholesome.

Kurama's final conversation with Naruto hit hard. They've been through a lot together and sadly they had to part. You'll be missed dearly, RIP. Also man they seriously put scenes from Naruto in the ED to make us hurt more.

As an anime fan who's introduction to anime was Naruto every saturday night on Toonami most of these characters I have literally grownup with like most of you. And for it to click in my head during those credits and remember that the Kurama we have gotten used to was not always that way and he was literally the first character shown in the whole series destroying the leaf in that attention catching painting/animation if my pre2005 memory is correct. If we are using Naruto(1stAct)as a measuring stick for Boruto(1st Act) it is par for the course. Naruto had it's filler hell at the tail end while Boruto sprinkled it out more throughout it's so far 218 ep campaign.Since "Enter:Kawaki" this series was able to show how great Naruto is as a Hokage atleast top2. Which is something these Boruto haters seem to not care about. They watched 700+episodes of this blonde haired blue eyed ninja say he is gunna be Hokage and they don't ask at all "How good of a Hokage was he?" Kawaki is almost in the same situation as Naruto was, a dangerous power and treated like an object but the 3rd failed. Naruto knew what he wanted as the child with nobody so he understood Kawaki. All in all I see why Kishimoto came back. Only HE should have the right to write that scene. Real Narutards know a kid/Kurama was Kishimotos original idea and he should send off the most proof that talk no jutsu can even tame a tailed beast

Kawaki using Shadow Doppler Ninjutsu and defeating Isshiki with it was a crazy feat for him. Deserved!
But at the same...
Boroshiki appeared once again and took out Sasuke's rinnegan.
The last conversation between Kurama and Naruto was done well in the anime, I have no words at how amazing this was. It brought tears. I can't believe that Kurama is gone after 900 episodes. This left off a huge cross in my heart. Rest in peace, Kurama. Naruto probably felt even more pain. I fucking love how perfectly synced the ending song. It brought back so many memories. I wish I could rewatch Naruto with all my memories gone. The arc is finally over and they'll be returning home soon.

R.I.P. KURAMA
Not gonna lie, I never expected neither Naruto or Kurama to die. I thought they will just find some kind of solution but.... ye I never cried this much sice Itachi's and Jiraiya's deaths. And that heart-to-heart right before... "I never said YOU will die" "KURAMAAA" that scream broke me

I have no words, an exceptionally beautiful and well-adapted episode. I didn't think Kawaki would use a clone to fool Isshiki. I didn't expect him to do that, Isshiki was on the duke from the start anyway since Naruto x Kurama used Baryon Mode because it was draining his lifetime. Now that it's about Momoshiki, I'm curious how she'll be with him because he's not "dead" yet because he lives in Boruto's Karma. Unfortunately for Sasuke he ran out of Rinnegan and that makes him a bit weaker but he still has the sharingan and Amaterasu. As for Naruto after the loss of his friend Kurama, he will no longer be a strong character, I can say that he will be a normal one. Leaving these, I'm really sorry about Kurama.

I knew this was coming since I was spoiled but... I couldn't stop crying. Fuck I don't like the way the gave naruto this powerup but I guess it really came with a huge backlash.

Man Kurama has been there since episode 1. That fking hit so hard.

One of the most emotional naruto episodes in years

The staff absolutely killed it with the directing and character art and animation. They really portrayed this farewell scene well.

5/5 episode

Sasuke's Rinnegan is now RinneGONE.

Anyway, nothing could have prepared me for Kurama's death. Even as a manga reader, seeing it all animated with voice acting and sad music just makes it hit different compared to reading it. Not including anime that I didn't realize at the time were anime, Naruto was my real gateway anime since I first started watching it in 2005. Over 15 years of watching these 2 kick ass together and now one of them is gone. And of course to make us hurt more, they threw in that montage during the ED lol. He was introduced destroying the Leaf, and now he died protecting it. RIP Kurama, thanks for all the memories.

Like with for so many people, Naruto was one of the series that I've stuck around since my best friend introduced me to it back in 2009 and through the highs and lows, I've really enjoyed where the series has gone.

Although I did get accidentally spoiled by this months earlier, the delivery of the farewell to Kurama was still emotionally powerful. To add to this, they added a flashback montage while the credits scrolled by, which finally got me tearing up.

It'll be interesting to see where this series will go now that Naruto has lost someone dear to him. RIP Kurama, you will be missed dearly from the entire Naruto fanbase. ='(

Bruh, what? Noo, Kurama!

They tricks me.

But, well, this episode just full of nostalgia. Who care about freakin pops Isshiki that easily get deceived by a mere kuso gaki named Kawaki with just a mere bunshin. Who care about Momoshiki spoonfeed me about his plan with Kawaki. Who care about Sasuke that finally used Amaterasu after such a long time. Well, the latter actually kinda important. So, anyway...

This episode, just feels, black and white. Title ed, tho. Who are you? Damn, that's deep considering all those flashback.

Pretty sure the next is filler. Okay.

I cried a lot. I mean im growing up with kurama and naruto since i was a school kid. Suddenly the next generation doing this to me. Im a mess bro🥲🥲 . But when i watch back first episode of boruto , kawaki said something about nanadaime to the next world or whatever it calls. Then I realise something, naruto can live because of kurama and kurama won't let naruto die easily. They made for each other. Bijuu are made to create balance and peace. But how this gonna make it balance? The concept is ruin here ...
Rest in peace kurama ☹️

Fun fact: The very first episode of Naruto, that started by showing Kurama attacking the village, aired on October 3rd, 2002. How fitting that his final episode, where he dies to protect the village, aired today, October 3rd, 2021.

The day the events of this episode happened in the original source material, I dropped everything and caught up with the manga. Coincidentally, the day I catch up with the anime is the same day that specific chapter was finally animated. It was a Sunday afternoon, just like this one. I generally prefer the manga to the anime of Boruto, but just like episode 65, this was better in the anime. To my surprise, they pulled of Baryon Naruto really well. His design really threw me of in the manga, but in the anime he looks really cool. The fight was excellent and overall the episode was really good.Even Momoshiki's arrival was fantastic and the heart-breaking end of this episode was beautiful, but bittersweet.
The future for the Leaf is uncertain, It's up to the others now
RIP Kurama, you can rest now. Thank you for everything.
