And so it ends, with Kenneth getting the presidency and Rachel And Takashi swearing to wait for each other.

While this victory didn't surprise anyone it is a bit much. Over 66 % of the vote ? Flipping Texas ? Obviously, you can't say its impossible for Kenneth to win, especially since Obama won a mere 7-8 years after this was published but I do think the author should've toned the victory down a little.

Overall, a decent read. If nothing, it does teach you about the electoral campaigns in America. It is a bit disappointing that the author didn't give the actual national election even a quarter of the attention he gave the primaries. Yamaoka's victory would've been much more believable then.
