they finally enter the forbidden blood place and everybody immediately starts killing each other. these cultivators are so stupid, selfish, greedy and full of blood-lust. why even bother going to the forbidden blood if you don't seem interested in advancing your foundation pill prospects?

han li finds some herbs quickly, but also gets caught up in a long battle to protect a junior in his sect. the fight sequence is fantastic

the elder of the moon sect is there, too, on her own personal mission. han li has eyes for both her and the woman who sold him the item at the diagon alley marketplace

i want more episodes like this, and less episodes where they time skip years and years at a time and skip over big events like the ascension tournament

only thinking aloud: i wonder if han li gets stuck in the forbidden blood realm when the 5 days are up and he has to survive on his own in there... idk, just wondering. that still wouldn't entirely explain why he's still there 200 years in the future though
