----------------------------------------
I think there were two pretty cool character interactions in this chapter. The first was moustache boy’s composed manner of looking at the situation. He changed the seed of betrayal laid by Hidemine into a morale raiser, seeing it as proof they can kill him in nearly any manner they can! While also realizing that if this takes too long the mental states of the brothers could decay rapidly. It was an effective use of quick thinking on his part and, while he does not feel as
confident as Hidemine, perhaps his assumedly less sadistic outlook will make him a more reasonable person! Both sides feel like they have a chance. Well, taking Morita out of the picture anyways.

The other interaction I enjoyed was between Morita and Saori. He recognized that she was a double agent, something which seemed so obvious that I began to doubt it, especially with the fact that it didn’t seem the brothers expected the 23rd floor visit. But regardless, this became a situation of persuading the enemy, after smacking them in the face twice, Morita laid out what he knew. The doubt of a murderer will fester until they choose to kill the pests who are aware of their crime! Similar to moustache boy, it was quick and effective thinking, he has presumably made an ally now! He’s also keeping it pretty freaking cool.

The one thing that confused me was why the brothers didn't kill their father on the spot. If they shot him without restraining him they could use the letter and say that he was coming at them with a sword. Not doing that perplexes me as it seems to only hurt their chances getting away with this, and give Morita a chance; although admittedly they think Morita is a simple hired gun and Saori is on their side. Suggesting this made me think more about Morita’s involvement because it almost seems like he didn’t even need to be here, that was, before remembering he was the escape driver to give Hidemine the false sense of security he needed.
