| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Well, uh, it's a hard world. This continues to be a gritty story, but the big turnoff for me is that the characters are pretty stock. We have Leo, the old soldier; Chris, the kid; Nova, the love interest; and Grey, the mercenary. I hope more develops, or it's just kind of gratuitous violence - I don't even know what the characters are fighting for, who they are fighting, or what the war is about. Is it just a weird game put on by government officials? |
