| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So they're really positioning themselves for a live event. Promoting is a start I guess but it's really up to the group to show what they've learned. As for their performance together, they're on the right track. Everyone looks like they're trying very hard to put on this show. |

| This anime is so weird. Or rather, the story. A debut live is such a milestone, and here we have these guys just deciding on it and getting to it within a single episode........ And not one of them can get a single person to attend, because everyone's every single friend/acquaintance/familymember has other things to do? I mean, I guess it's no surprise when it's so haphazardly scheduled and thrown together... but then again, I don't think we even got much of a sense of how much time passed by here. Either way, even Banri, who literally just agreed to join them last time we saw them, and who's somewhat of an internet sensation couldn't use that fame of his to get people to attend a debut? Or what about the university, couldn't advertise and spread the word at all? Wataru's brother, iirc, a musician himself, and their relationship has to be so bad he couldn't at all reach out to him? Come the hell on.... And then Ren's very last minute idea manages to snatch a single customer, a total random stranger literally off the street, from which(?) they snag an entire opening act for what's apparently a rather famous band itself? Yeeeeeeeah, just.... no. I'm sorry. I do like these characters, I know it's all rather idealised, but this just breaks the very basics of common sense realism on soooooo many levels, it's just bad. |

| welp the "no one arrived at the first concert" segment has been fulfilled. Have to say, everyone cancelling their arrival seemed pretty susp →_→ actual song was pretty good ngl, so already way ahead of original BanG Dream |
 'On-Hold' is another way for a completionist to say 'Dropped' |
