I'm really enjoying this goal ball arc! The girls are all aligned and ready for the next match!

(Also her using a magnify glass to read made me happy bc I have to do the same.)

The girls' team's first experience in a goalball match that failed because of Narita's interference.

Despite that, Emi is coping it with more teaching sense with practice from the others and Narita's with E-Ball's belp.

And a magnifying lens. Just to get into the groove. With all this, Emi's muscle memory kicks into play.

Ready for the next match and the last episode of this mini-arc.

I really like this arc so far! Way more than the last two actually.

But I'm curious - can someone explain to me, what this "bad eyesight" they have actually is? I obviously know about blindness and I myself have to wear glasses because I'm shortsighted. But I have never met someone with bad eyesight who didn't wear glasses or was considered blind.
I can't really imagine what that means - what can those girls see and identify and what can't they? Emi seems to have problems with things like letters that are very small (hence the magnifying glass) but she seems to get through most of the day just fine? Why can't she wear glasses? I'm very sorry if this sounds dumb but I have never encountered something like this in real life but I really want to understand what's going on.

I wonder if it is actual real that people like Mari can actually measure the distance to a high precision from just the sound of things because that is pretty incredible
